This ice pack is great. It wraps around my knee so that it gets all of the places that hurt. There's a plush side, which I'm assuming is to be placed on my knee, but I prefer to use a thin towel, because it gets really cold. It lasts a long time, too, I would guess it lasts at least 2-3 hours. By the time it stops working I'm usually asleep.

I've used this on my knee and it's worked very well. The side against your skin is has a thickened layer so it's not too cold, though you can flip it over if you wanted something extra cold. The two Velcro straps are sturdy and extra long. It's a winner in all respects.

I am using almost every night, and I am doing to use it everyday for sure, it’s giving me good relaxation to my knee. It perfectly fits to my knee as shown in the picture, but the flexibility is not great that’s why I kept my leg on a stool for support. It’s not that much weight you can weigh it, i am using it every night that means after the user half hour I will keep it in the freezer so almost 23 hours it will be in the freezer for that it is giving me one hour ice retention. I would say quality is good but the price is bit more comparatively with other products anyhow I used my hsa to purchase it.

This stays cold for a LONG time! I have had other ice packs that get really cold, but loses it's cold after 10-15 minutes. This lasts for at least 30 minutes. Very happy with it. The size is perfect to wrap around your knee. It is very flexible when cold and can shape around virtually any body part you need it to. It is very effective and I would definitely by this again.

These knee pads are great. I am recovering from partial knee surgery and have tried the big ice pads to ice my knee. They were inadequate and didn’t stay cold for long. I now use the knee ice pad and it wraps perfectly around the knee and stays in placed. It made such a difference with the swelling and pain that I bought another pack to make sure I always have one when needed.

This project works wonders. It's easy to use and I love that it's adjustable and comfortable. If you have knee pain I highly recommend it. I can even use it while working

I bought these to help with my knee pain. The stitching is great quality. The Velcro is as well. I do wish they would stay cold for longer periods of time. After 30 minutes they were chilly but not quite cold enough.
