The best tasting hair gummies i’ve tried! Delicious berry flavor, and soft to chew (not hard like many of the vitamin gummies). Taste like a real fruit snack! Do they actaully help hair? That i couldn’t really say…. But they have decent enough levels of most of your recommended daily vitamins and minerals, so i just take these for my daily multi-V.
