Blocks of Cork
Cork blocks of the advertised dimensions. Dense. Corky. A nifty little bean-shaped logo burned in. Did I mention that it is a cork block? Just in case it wasn't clear, this is set of 2 dense cork blocks. Not stone, not hardwood, not foam. Cork. Dense cork. Blocky. With slightly rounded edges. As far as cork blocks go, these are them. Their primary flaw is that they won't necessarily bring you the joy of something like a pet rock, which is, you know, a rock. These are cork.

Way heavier than other cork blocks & smelly!!
These blocks are MUCH heavier than any other cork blocks I've used (Yoga Direct, Hugger Mugger, Manduka, to name a few). I thought the negative reviews saying they were heavy was in comparison to foam blocks, but they are so heavy that the six blocks shipped had "heavy shipment" yellow tape as a warning all over the package. My yoga students often use two blocks during class and after lifting them myself, I couldn't see them working for my older students to carry back and forth to their mats. Also, the outgas smell is HORRIBLE, like petroleum fuel. We often use blocks in class to support our heads in sitting forward poses. I wouldn't want to breathe this close up.I'm sorry to give Bean Products such a negative review because they are an independent company and I really like their yoga bolsters. But they really need to improve the way they manufacture their cork blocks.

Quality control problems
Each is a very good cork yoga block. Together... they are not very good. The two blocks are different sizes as shown in the pictures. The 1/8 to 1/4 inch difference is noticeable in some poses. I wish that I had purchased blocks from a different manufacturer.

Wrong blocks; But Great Service! -not “Bean” but “Deepak Chopra’s LEELA"
3rd update*** despite some mix-ups with a couple of orders, the company has explained the understandable circumstances and more has fixed the problem timely both times. Some mix-ups aside, I still recommend this seller for their timely and excellent customer service. Also, the alternate blocks had me worried but have so far worked out.2nd update*** ordered again and they sent me the wrong blocks AGAIN. The blocks feel different than my friend’s brand of blocks; I think these are less dense. Not sure I can trust this brand with two wrong orders.Updating*** After reaching out to the company, they have made my order right; very good customer service. I would recommend.I received two foam blocks which have a different company logo and name on them. One is smeared in the plastic (still not opened) so I’m concerned from not getting the right brand product and the quality of whatever it is I’ve received

Great value. Sturdy. Perfect for yoga
A bit smaller than the studio blocks, which is fine bc they fit in my yoga bag with my mat, towel, & all the other crap I seem to drag along with me. I’ve used these for about 6 months and they’ve held up perfectly. Hard enough to be sturdy but not so hard that they hurt while using them. Great value for the money. I love having my own blocks instead of having to use studio blocks that everyone else has sweat on. Would definitely buy again.

Blocks not the same size
These blocks are not the same size. They are inexpensive and seem to be sturdy enough, but they very in size, one is smaller than the other... can create an imbalance in the pose.

Too heavy for yoga but good as foot rests
I got two of these as foot rests to use when sitting in my office chair because I couldn't find an affordable wooden or natural material foot rest. These yoga blocks do the job. They are quite heavy, which is ok for my purposes, but not great for yoga--I much prefer my Hugger Mugger block for that! A minus of these blocks is that they have a strong smell like a combination of insecticide an mold (!!). I decided since I was going to leave them on the floor I could be ok with that. The smell has more or less dissipated after a few weeks, but it's still there.

good solid blocks at a good price; appear to be Zenzations cosmetic seconds
These are good solid EVA foam blocks. They have some softness - I can make an indentation with my fingertips - but they support me solidly if I stand on them (150#). They feel a little softer and lighter than Hugger Mugger blocks, but I didn't weigh them so that might not be an accurate impression.I ordered a pair that came shrink-wrapped together. One of the inside-facing sides was dirty with black streaks that cleaned off easily with soap and water. The center of one 4x6 side of each block was superficially scuffed; holding the blocks at just the right angle to a light, you can make out "Zenzations" in the scuffed area that has apparently been scraped off. The color of one block is uneven; you can see (I hope) in the photo that the block on the right has a streak that is darker "green" than the rest of the block.I ordered the blocks in green, which is quite light, almost yellow; the photo shows the blocks on a (dark) green yoga mat with a "safety yellow" bicycling jersey next to them. The color of the blocks is much closer to the jersey than to the mat.I can only guess that perhaps Zenzations rejected this batch as cosmetic seconds due to the color variation, allowing Bean Products to pick them up at a good price and pass those savings along. Shipping a block that is dirty, with the dirty side carefully concealed, doesn't speak well for the company, but it took me vastly less time to clean the block than it would have to return it.Bottom line, I'm happy to have a solid pair of foam yoga blocks for an excellent price. If you prefer a more pristine and uniform cosmetic appearance, without scuff marks and color variations, you may be better off with another brand.

I bought these to help me with my stretching; they are well made with good density and support my weight without a problem. Good Quality.

great!
top quality, just like the ones at my gym if not better! A must have for yoga users and good price for the pair.

Heavy & Solid
These well-made yoga bricks certainly didn't disappoint. They're a little on the heavy side for lugging to and from the studio, but you can tell they are solid cork, not hollow. I'm a heavier practitioner of yoga so I need something good and sturdy and these definitely fit the bill. Much prefer cork bricks to the foam ones as they don't get slippery when you got hot and sweaty and they're in general sturdier. I would recommend these to anyone.

Stable and reasonablely priced
I bought these blocks for $26.95 from Amazon. They are very stable. Furthermore, the cork hasn’t shown signs of wear yet. I bring them into the studio and they’re used frequently for my vinyasa and yin yoga practice which amounts to three times a week.

Great blocks, heavy and solid.
Was looking for something dense and heavy and these do not disappoint. Would have given 5 star if not for the two I bought being not the same height. Overall very satisfied.
