Excellent, excellent,If you have time read the full story.When I bought first, I could not fix it, I called many electrocutions, even they could not fix it. They told me that it is a faulty unit and returned the product and reordered it.When I received the second one, I read the manual thoroughly, and to clarify the doubts, I call the company help number, the company people explained clearly about the cir cute and the lady who helped me from the company was extremely helpful. With her help I fixed the unit myself and it working fine.This is a excellent product, worth the money you pay for.My advise is, read the manual thoroughly, and if you have any doubt call the company people, they will guide you well.Local electric persons will not understand. It is just not complicated. You need to understand the product. When you understand about this product, it works wonderful.I thank the company personal who clarified all my doubts.

Motor turn on and off every 5 minutesMalfunctioning device

This is my second unit since the first one works fine for past few months. Product worked perfectly on installation. One problem is that the sensor wire and bolt seems to get corroded depending on the water. While the first one has been working without any issue from date of installation, the bottom most wire in the second installation in another location gets fully corroded every couple of weeks with green deposit. Thereafter the sensor fails to work. So it looks like a good unit if the water is good but becomes unreliable if the water is too hard maybe. Both are from borewell.

A very nice product, performs as advertised. Did the installation myself. It was simple. Used Ethernet cable of about 15mtrs to connect the sensor wire extensions. Is performing well. The instructions given with the product was simple to understand and helped me really well. All the wires are colour coded. The product is also very sturdy in construction. Have used a PVC pipe of having inner height of the tank and pressed it in tight, measured the gaps for the sensors and have used insulation tapes to firmly attach the wires/sensor to pipe. Would have appreciated provision of mini screw type connectors of two sets to connect the sensor/ wires at either ends. This product is to be installed in addition to your existing motor switch, so even if this fails, you have your regular switch working.

Its a good product, worth for money. One suggestion, to have level indicators in different color. Otherwise no issue in the product.

Item not working. Auto or manual both are not working. Looks like this item is not a new one

Works fine. Though a bit overpriced, its useful in daily life. Appreciate such Desi inventions . Please contact them for the real wiring diagram. The one you get along is false.

Within ten days product stopped functioning. Product was replaced during warranty. Cannot say how long it will work.
