Perfect for the look I am going for. The first set had a glitch going on with the lamp but the seller shipped new one and everything is perfect for my space.

Bright enough. Soft light perfect to keep room dim but enough to avoid walking in the bed foot board at night. The touch feature works perfectly and is very helpful when trying to turn the light on in a dart room. WE LOVE IT. Bought one for each of our children.

My brother wanted a touch lamp for beside his chair. This lamp was the perfect fit. He can't use either hand and barely walk . He feels like a burden . He told me the only thing he wanted was a touch lamp. I saw this one and when he opened it he cried and well I cried. He said, sis that's just what I wanted . Really cute and modern. The lamp shades are really fragile. Just taking them out of the packaging I almost bent one and got a small crease line in it. I like how you can touch the lamps for 3 different brightneesses. BUT... I do agree with the other comments that if the lamps are not on the highest level, the light kind of flickers. Some people may not notice it, but it bothers me so I just use the brightest level. Other than that, good lamps for the price!

Great looking lamp that is inexpensive. I was looking for lamps for a long time before settling on these to place on our bedside tables. These look great on our black bedside tables. We placed the Hue lights in them and can now control them with out Echo and I love this. I don't have to get out of bed to control the lights and can turn them off with just mu voice before going to bed. I can also turn off one side and dim the other if I want to stay up reading and turn off the other one. But that is an aside...These lamps look just as listed and give off a soft but decent amount of light. Although they would not work to be the primary light source for a room they work well as reading lights and accent lights. Cords are relatively short so make sure they are close to an outlet or you have an extension cord.FYI these do not come with bulbs, same as virtually any other lamp you buy online.

Update: Nearly Nov 2021.... still think these lamps are awesome. I do tend to accidentally touch them at night occasionally when feeling in the dark for my water cup. But two quick taps and they are off again. Good quality. Just get regular bulbs.Read the other folks comments wrong and got led equivalent to 40 watts. Instructions say USE 40 watt bulbs. Found dimmable 40 watt incandescent bulbs at local store, they look great and work great.There is no on/off switch. Use the proper bulb and you tap to turn off/on. They are not super bright, not appropriate for a living room lap. I have them on my nightstand and they are perfect for when you want light but not to light up a room.They look great. Are a good height for a nightstand and do not look like typical tacky touch lamps. Haven’t had for very long so I can’t comment on how long they will last.

I love the design and size but I have two pet peeves:1. I'm having trouble finding a 3 way bulb that's under 60 watts. The standard 3 way bulb is always 40/60/100 watts but these say to use 60 watt max. At the moment I just have standard 60 watt bulbs in them which is disappointing. I'd love to be able to actually use them as 3 way lamps.2. It's a pretty tight space to stick your hand up the shade and turn them on and off. I read others had that complaint before I bought these but didn't think anything of it because I have small hands, but yea, it's definitely not easy to reach the on/off switch. A shade with a bigger base will fix this, but I do like the shape and design of the shades they come with.

Love the lamp and price. Simple illustrative instructions on how to assemble the lampshade was included. Inline switch on the cord, which I don’t care for. For my application, it doesn’t matter. I use an LED bulb and it works on the second click. The first click turns on the bulb but it flickers and it’s likely from too low line voltage. This lamp is just as slim and tall as I wanted it to be. Feels solid and high quality with simple clean lines and silhouette. The generous six foot or so clear silver cord feels solid and is quite flexible. I have never had an issue with 3-way lamps with a regular bulb. This one is no different. It is plugged into a switched outlet so I never have to fuss with the inline switch. Just set and forget. The lamp shade is white but the light coming through it is yellowed. I use a 100W equivalent 4000k LED bulb, so I don’t notice or care about that.

We received our lamps a few days ago and are very pleased with them. They are as just as shown and at the perfect height for our nightstands. We use regular 40w bulbs and they work perfectly well. They look nice and would compliment any decor from modern to contemporary.
