If you want a substitute/addition for hydration this is the way to go. I read some reviews about this product suggesting it should taste like sweet watermelon. This isn’t the flavor profile you’re getting by from dehydrated watermelon. Watermelon has a light flavor and sweetness is dependent on when the melon is picked etc. I have issues with maintaining good hydration and electrolytes. I also don’t need extra added sugars to enjoy and benefit from this product. I think we have a major problem with people needing sugars added to everything. I’m not sure why people are running into mixing obstacles. I found the powder easy to mix (less than a minute) with a spoon in cold water. A shaker cup would have helped to mix faster. I mixed 1 tablespoon at a time. All in all this product delivers. I definitely felt calmer and my heart rate is better after taking this. I was also able to use the bathroom perfectly as well! That means it’s working.

They came out ok, but I think this would be better in a smoothie

Attempted to use this to make some homemade electrolyte powders. It tastes more like ground up watermelon rind vs the pink parts of the watermelon.

This is by far the worst fruit powder I have ever tried. I don't know where reviewers are getting that this has a great watermelon taste. It's horrible. It has NO watermelon taste. It is like they ground up the rind (or a gourd) and added red food dye. On top of that, it is hard to mix into a beverage. What a waste of my money. This product should be removed from Amazon.

Tasty real watermelon flavor. Don’t expect artificial watermelon flavor. This product is mildly sweet and makes for a refreshing drink especially when you add a touch of mint and lime.

Use for cocktail program. Flavor not as strong as I’d hope. Taste is good though. Could be great in a lemonade or syrup

I like this product. I have used it in drinks, cookies, frosting and a number of healthy concoctions, but be warned it is very hygroscopic. It will absorb moisture from the atmosphere. As the total amount of moisture it absorbs increases its flavor will degrade. So if you leave the container open too long it will ruined.

I love this stuff. I eat from the bag as a substitute for candy. It feels better in my body than candy.
