With the exception of the tripod mic stand, this is all quality equipment, and once you've got it all figured out you won't be disappointed. However, if you are not particularly computer literate, and if you are not familiar with audio/recording jargon, you are not going to "start recording right away" as the description claims. There's quite a learning curve, and I'm still in it! For one thing (and, I suppose, a good thing), the software has been upgraded. But you don't know that unless you go to mackie.com, and there is nothing to tell you to do that unless you read the back of the quick start guide for the monitors. But nothing in the bundle indicates that that is where you need to begin! Furthermore, once you get the Waveform software through Traction.com, I'm sure you will find the tutorial videos and PDF quick start guide as confusing as I have found them to be. If you are up to speed on all the jargon, maybe not. Finally, the tripod mic stand. I have known for years to only use stands with a weighted round base, but I went ahead and attached the new mic to the stand that came in the bundle. It all tipped over all on its own before I could do my first recording. Just be careful, I guess, and don't extend that mic arm too far. Good luck and happy recording!

Love this product. Definitely as advertised. Great start for home recording. Even used it for a live recording at a bar. Very happy with this purchase.

It is fun to use but learning it the way instructions are scattered throughout the program as opposed to just having a manual to read is my migraine disorder’s muse.For those trained it is crazy easy, but for folks like me trying to learn from the bottom up, it's extremely frustrating to hunt for information, instructions and the myriad of unlabeled bottuns.

I have been using this for about a year+ or so. Love it. You will not be disappointed. They sound quality is fantastic. I did switch over to Logic Pro X due to not having to pay for a subscription to Pro Tools and not needing internet when using Pro Tools. My studio is in my back yard garage and does not get good reception. But, overall, very good system.

I love this product. Being a recording artist, it’s nothing like making music all day. With this studio bundle, it makes it easy and affordable to be creative and save money.

Poor product together...and software was missing. Returned it.
