Omg this stuff is amazing!!! Just had my daughter bck in October. My hair started shedding from postpartum in January very bad. I boiled this and made some spray and then washed it out. My hair def stopped shedding in such large amounts.

Overall, very happy with this. I gave the 'presentation' 4 stars because the container was a little crushed when I got it, but not broken, so the seeds are fine and the container is still usable. If I had to guess, it was stored at the bottom of a heavy stack. Anywho, I got the seeds to help with appetite control and wow, they really do. More importantly, they're really helping to dampen my sugar cravings, so if that's why you're getting them, go for it. The flavor is familiar from Indian cooking and various teas, but to describe in western terms (I guess), it's like musky maple. Rather, that is the flavor of the water after soaking overnight. The flavor of the seeds, again, after being soaked overnight, is like sugar snap peas. They're really good, actually. Just be careful chewing as some might still be hard, like tooth-breaking hard.

This seed is amazing. We use it to make Hilbe. I know that a lot of people take it for health benefits (especially to boost milk supply for nursing mothers) but most people don't know how to make a nice tasting dip with this. The Hilbe has a unique taste and unique properties. You can eat hot or bitter things with it and it will always neutralize the taste of whatever you eat with it. It is a popular Yemenite Jewish dish served with anything from fish to soup to meat to bread and makes a great dip.You can make a Google search for Hilbe recipes. The basic idea is;1 Tablespoon of these seeds1.5 cup of water plus 1 cup of water for soaking the seeds1 bunch of fresh cilantrofresh garlic and salt to tasteSoak the seeds in a cup of water overnight. Empty the water leaving just the soaked seeds (the seeds expand from the water) Rinse the seeds under running water and drain. Add a half a cup of fresh water and blend the soaked seeds and the cilantro with a blender. (the water is so the blender should not have to work to hard. Add just enough for the blender to blend the seeds well). Refrigerate for 3 hours. mix with a mixer while gradually adding the rest of the water. The mixture should get a frothy and gel like texture. Add the crushed garlic and salt. Now it is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for 2 days. If you want to keep it for longer; you can either re-mix with a mixer to make it gel up again, or you can freeze the blended mixture before mixing with a mixer and mix when you are ready to serve it within a day or two. We made a larger recipe and froze serving size parts in plastic cups.I hope you will enjoy this recipe. I added a photo that I found on the internet of the final results. It is not so much work and worth the effort.

I LOVE IT! I mixed it with Ayurvedic powders and natural oils and let it sit for a week so that it would be potent enough! I put my hair in box braids and oiled my scalp every two days and my hair started to grow instantly! I love the fenugreek seeds! I also let them sit in water over night and drank it the next morning around 8 and didn’t have and appetite for about 5 hrs... i love it!

I use these seeds to make fenugreek oil back in May 2020 and my hair grew 2.5-3" in 2 months (July 2020). They are amazing at growing natural Black hair and microlocs.

I ordered these seeds to make tea. I also add my green tea to the mix and drink this for my health. I am drinking this to bring down my cholesterol and help with weight loss. Also to note, I soaked some seeds along with my mung beans and then put them in my sprout-er to make sprouts for my salad. Everything is going to plan and sprouting. I will let you know how the sprouts are when they are ready.

5 lbs for $20 is a great deal on Fenugreek seeds! I ordered after reading about health benefits including lowering blood sugar, helping with menstrual cramps and ovarian cysts, and so many more! I soak a little overnight and eat the seeds as is a few tablespoons at a time or let them sprout. Now I smell sweet like maple syrup! I want to learn more in cooking with methi seeds, but this a great item.

I just got them so I can't say too much about them. I immediately began sprouting the seeds. They all seemed to germinate and will start eating them soon. What more can you say about seeds.

The color of the seeds is very dark, on picture the color is yellow, and seeds do not sprout.
