The media could not be loaded. This is the third fridge lock I’ve bought to keep my two year old out of the freezer! She’s always looking for popsicles 😅. Third times a charm because this one actually works and won’t damage your stainless steel appliance. If you’re a toddler parent, this is the one!

Works perfectly!
My little toddler is still trying to figure out how to use this. But if we keep it up high he can't reach it and has only figured out how to lock it (not unlock it yet). He already knows how to undo the cabinet locks, so it's only a matter of time, but this is working perfectly so far to keep him out of the fridge unsupervised - where he would leave the doors wide open and potentially ruin all of the food! I'm happy with the value, ease of installation and quality of the product! We've taken it off and on plenty of times without any issues. It seems like it will be very durable in the long run.

Good device
I purchased a couple of these for me and my daughter to help keep her toddler out of our refrigerators. It works great as long as the strap is high enough to be out of reach of toddlers, as toddlers can figure this out (even with the “safety” lock, which is a good feature). I still recommend this device, especially because it is easy for (this) adult to quickly engage and disengage.

Seems effective so far
So far my 1.5 year old doesn’t have the coordination to undo this lock so it’s working really well. However, the red sliding “lock” doesn’t have a two part lock. For example, push AND slide. It just simply slides over. I know my toddler is eventually going to figure that out. It’s just a matter of time…
