Great Portable Mattress
I purchased this thing just to lay down and watch TV when my back was bothering me, and so just expected something reasonably well built and workable. Wow, was I ever surprised at this item. It is so comfortable that I swear I've fallen asleep on it and slept half-way through the night before waking up! It is sturdy, comfortable, light, and handy, too. The Mattress easily folds up into a tri-fold configuration, and then two handles are used on one side just to move it around, which is also easy because it isn't really that heavy at all. I think the thing that surprised me the most was how firm and comfortable it is: it FAR exceeded my expectations, and now I use it all the time. I've had lots of portable mats, mattresses, etc., and nothing has even come close to this. Nice touch: the material that covers the cushioning is all zippered, so you can unzip and throw in the washing machine to freshen up the covering (but not the inner mattress, of course, which would not even fit in a washing machine!). It looks nice, too, which may sound irrelevant, but when you have it folded up, you can put it up against the wall in an upright position, and it looks just fine. So, I can give this an excellent recommendation, and even though it looks a tad on the expensive side compared to others in its class, when you try it yourself, I think you may agree that it is worth every penny. Five Stars.

Very comfortable AND Perfect for the back of a GMC Yukon suv
Comfort level, the best!!!! It took about an hour for the foam to decompress all the way. Well made.We ordered this for the back of our Yukon. We had a very long drive and did not want to stop at hotels. Length was a perfect fit. Maybe a 1/2" shorter would have been optimum. The 31" wide was great. It allowed room for our baggage and kennel.Great support and slept very well. Mattress as comfortable as my own bed. The white side, the woven knit it very silky and nice. But it does snag. I'm making a cover from a sheet to protect it, when it's being used.I washed the cover when we returned home. Made sure all zippers were zipped up. Washed in a front loader, normal wash, warm water. Tumbled dry on medium low for 20 minutes. It washed well, no shrinking. The cushions went back into the cover easily. I did need to do some slight adjustments as I zipped it up. I did not need to force the zipper. If I needed a second folding mattress I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

Better than sleeping on the floor
This thing arrives squashed down by vacuum in a plastic package inside a box. When you open the box up and release the mattress from the plastic, well, it’s pretty sizable. Big enough to take up more room than you’d think in the back seat of a crew cab, full sized pickup truck. It’s moderately comfortable. If you want great comfort, get a decent hotel room. If you’re spending a night or two in a tent or on the floor of a buddy’s cabin, this will get you by with okay comfort. For the price, it’s comfortable enough, and it doesn’t deflate overnight like every air mattress I’ve ever had the displeasure of owning. The downside is that it takes a considerable amount of storage space, and it’s not comfortable enough to use as an everyday bed, at least not for me. If you’re well over 40 like me, you’re going to have to get down to floor level and back every time you use it, so factor that into your mattress vs. hotel room decision. You’re going to need a few cubic feet of space to store it when you’re not using it. Factor that in too. If it all adds up for you, I can recommend it as a decent alternative to an air mattress, and a less expensive alternative to a hotel room. If this is a purchase you’re contemplating for a child’s use, while I still wouldn’t use it as an everyday bed, it would be more comfortable for them than the typical oversized American adult, which I am.

Almost perfect
I only wish it folded into four sections to make it more convenient to travel with. It stinks when you open it before it airs out for days. But otherwise, it is so soft to touch and does not feel hot to be on. It’s thick! And it is very comfortable. Would recommend.

***FIBER GLASS EXPOSURE FROM MATTRESS!!!
Dangerous Product - Caused Health and Financial IssuesI am writing this review to warn others about the severe distress and hardship caused by this foam mattress. We purchased this mattress for our full-time RV, only to discover particles of fiberglass throughout our living space. This alarming finding prompted us to investigate further. To our horror, we found that the fiberglass particles had spread throughout the entire RV. We even saw the particles floating in the air, contaminating the very air we were breathing. We believed the RV was the source of the contamination. This led us to contact the RV manufacturer and undergo multiple inspections, incurring significant travel expenses and displacement from our home for months. This entire ordeal also resulted in a substantial loss of business income. After months of inspections from the RV manufacturer they advised that no source can be found where fiberglass was coming from though they acknowledged it was present. I was "sure" that is was the RV. Then the discovery of the fiberglass from the mattress happened by accident. My son was lying on the bed wearing a new watch with a rubber band, and the static cling from the watch band picked up the fiberglass particles. This caused me to investigate in the immediate area where he was playing, which was the mattress liner inside the cover. It was spreading this fiberglass material throughout the RV.Upon closer inspection, we realized that the liner of the mattress is made of fiberglass. It had immediately releasing dangerous fiberglass particles into our RV. After this much time the timing of our purchase and the visible presence of fiberglass made it clear that the mattress was the culprit. This hazardous material had infiltrated every corner of our living space, posing a serious health risk to our family.Living in a fiberglass-contaminated environment has caused us immense stress and worry, especially concerning the potential health effects on our children. We have spent countless hours and resources trying to clean and decontaminate our RV, but the problem remains. Our lives have been turned upside down, and our home has become a source of anxiety and discomfort. We have since wrapped the mattress in plastic and tape and stored it until Amazon finds a resolution. ***THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE REMOVED AND NO LONGER MADE.***Please do not buy this product. If you already have, inspect your area for fiberglass immediately. I am especially concerned about the health risks to children exposed to this hazardous material. This product should be removed from the market. It is unacceptable for such a dangerous item to be sold, causing unsuspecting families severe health and financial issues.Stay strong and resolute in your decisions regarding this product. Your health and safety are paramount. Do not let this product bring harm to your loved ones as it did to ours.
