Love it! It's small but does its job very well!
We love this warmer! It's very small so it can be left on the counter without taking up much space. I've also thrown it in my diaper bag several times when going to visit at someone else's home for the day. I packed it in a suitcase once too. it's plenty big to do its job...haven't had any issues with anything not fitting inside. It doesn't beep when done so you can use it quietly in the middle of the night (a small light indicates when bottle is ready). Some reviewers have complained about the measurements...saying its hard to get the right amount of water in there but I have not had that problem. It comes with directions (eg "if you have a 4oz bottle of milk, add x amount of water" and press the green button!) it's actually a chart that shows you specifically how to warm a variety of sizes and container types (glass, plastic, etc). I always use the same size and type of bottle so after I figured it out the first time it wasn't hard to just keep setting it up the same way each time.It warms the milk pretty quickly. We've been really pleased and I highly recommend.

Best there is
I've gone through three bottle warmers but up until I switched my infant to boon bottles I figure I'd get this warmer as well. Not only is it affordable but my goodness does it do the job well & fast. Milk can get real hot real fast but just make sure you take out milk with the temp/feel your comfortable with. I know most complaints are on how it doesn't function properly or it gets damaged but I think it's very important to read & use directions as described. It's not that hard & you'll really enjoy this cute bottle warmer

Works, but could use improvement
As a new father, I use this warmer multiple times a day/night (I obviously can't produce the life-giving nutrients that my wife can). I've developed a love/hate relationship with this product, for the reasons listed below.Pros:- looks cool- does in fact warm the milk and bottle- it's easier than boiling water to warm the bottleCons:- takes around 3 minutes to warm a bottle with 2 ounces of milk (this seems like an eternity when baby is hungry and crying)- as other reviewers have mentioned, if you use a bottle with a larger diameter (Comotomo 5 oz bottle for example), the circular green plastic ring on the warmer will come out when you remove the bottle. This will cause you to curse the creator of this warmer under your breathe.- there's no audible notification that the heating is done (the light on front just goes off). So if you're walking around the house to try to keep your baby calm, you have to keep coming back into the room, to check to see if the warming is done.Ok ... baby's finally asleep. This tired dad is going back to bed!

You need to try this bottle warmer!
I bought this bottle warmer for my daughter in law for use with my new grandson's bottles. The Boon Orb is small and works great! It takes a little longer to warm the liquid if it has been refrigerated. (Ex. Pumped breast milk stored in the refrigerator). The design is cleaver with the water measure located on the back of the unit. I will share that the instructions that come with the bottle warmer are not the best. However, we found a YouTube video to watch that was most helpful. My daughter in law uses the warmer frequently and is happy with the efficiency and ease of use. The Boon Orb Bottle Warmer is priced so that it is affordable and works as good - if not better - than higher priced warmers.

Fast warmer with boneheaded design choices
I really wanted to like this warmer; it's small and compact and looks cute. Unfortunately like other reviewers have stated, there are major design flaws that bring it down. The heating function is really good, heats things up really fast and barely uses any water. Be careful as it does get really hot with the steam function. Unfortunately this is where the pros end. Owning many BOON bottles, I assumed it would be designed for it but not really. It does fit but only with the nipple unthreaded, so you are dipping the silicone pouch/casing alone. The biggest downside is the measure vial; being a dad and an Engineer it boggles my mind that this made it through the design process. It uses convoluted lettering to measure out the water and sometimes will say D*2 (2 measurements of D in the warmer). Why they couldn't just use standard milliliter measuring system is beyond me.

great bottle warmer-- far superior to the AVENT one!!
This is a very good bottle warmer. We originally had the Philips AVENT Express Food and Bottle Warmer, and the Boon Orb Bottle Warmer is FAR superior to it. The Boon heats up the bottle according to the amount of water you put in it. Once that water evaporates, the light turns off, indicating that the bottle is done. With the AVENT bottle warmer, the length of time the bottle is heated appears to be determined by an internal timer. The amount of water you put in it has nothing to do with how long the bottle is warmed. So there's more flexibility with the Boon to warm the bottle just as much as you want (the AVENT has only a few settings). The other thing I like so much better about the Boon is that when the light goes off, the unit is off. You do not also have to remember to flip a switch (on the BACK!), like you do with the AVENT. Back when we were using the AVENT bottle warmer, I can't tell you how many times I found myself in bed, about to drift off to sleep after feeding my baby his bottle and putting him back to bed, only to jolt awake because I couldn't remember if I'd turned off the AVENT bottle warmer. There's no way around it -- at that point, you simply have to get up and check. Irrespective of whether you really did leave it on, you're still up all over again -- and who needs an extra night wakening when you have a baby in the house? And there were absolutely times when we did leave the AVENT on, and did not realize it until literally hours later -- which always made me extremely uncomfortable, because that's clearly got to be a fire hazard.Of note, neither bottle warmer has any kind of auditory signal indicating that the bottle is done. But that's really the only area for improvement I can think of for the Boon Orb Bottle Warmer.
