Under Armour Men's HeatGear Tactical Compression Short-Sleeve T-Shirt

This T-shirt did exactly what it had to do. I used it in an obstacle race (sand, mud, stones, barbwire, sun, wind) and it felt great. This is a compression shirt and so it is tight, it is designed to be tight and hold your muscles as a second skin. Of course it got wet, but it did not absorb as much water as a cotton t-shirt; mud was almost imperceptible and so it didn't hardened when it dried. The material is really good; I went trough the entire race and by the end I only found two little holes at the bottom and probably from the barbwire. Remember that I had to crawl on rocks and mud for a while and this T-shirt still looks like new. I have also used this T-shirt for my usual training at the gym and it feels great too. One precaution, I usually use my sleeves to dry my face, but you cannot do this with this shirt as the entire surface area of the T-shirt is going to be moist during training (I run a lot on a treadmill). Remember, it is trying to get rid of your sweat as quickly as possible and is skin tight so no part of it is fully dry if you sweat a lot and there is no breeze. As such, it will keep you fresh as that is one of the roles of sweating, getting rid of the extra heat by evaporation.It is not completely smell-proof, but it is greatly, greatly reduced. I mean, you will smell something only if you put the T-shirt on your nose after you finished your training, but apart from that you won't even notice it. I have worn this T-shirt even when wearing suits and it feels great now that we are approaching summer.It is long, so it will go below your waist line and probably roll up a bit, but it didn't really bother me. I usually wash it by hand and it seems to be Ok, in that way I get rid of the sweat as soon as possible.I hope this helps.

This is the first time I have bought compression clothing. I can say wearing it as a undershirt will help you stay cooler most know if you have wore compression clothing, they are not as easy to put on as a regular T-shirt, but not hard as well. I sized down one size from my shirt size and this fit seems to be perfect for me.

all shirts were good quality and no loose stitching, exactly as advertised. Compression fit and the correct sizes I wanted.

The material of this shirt is thin and breathable. I wore it on a constant basis and found it's easy to wear, very comfortable, and fit me well. During the summer I encountered no fade in color and the elasticity stayed the same throughout. Would recommend.

Great stuff. Living in Central Florida the heat and humidity left my "regular" Under Armor t soaked (and reeking) at the end of an 11-hour shift. These helped a lot--though I was far from cool and comfortable these definitely reduced the stickiness and odor.Sizing is a bit odd though--they are compression shirts so order the size shirt (mine's a medium) that you would normally order--they will fit tight but that's the way they work.PS I hated the rather large tags on the inside seam--I cut those off right away, they chafe.
