This freezes quickly and keeps your neck quite cool. I had two of them and switched them on and off and in the cooler in between for a softball game. They worked great!

So one of the great joys of hot flashes is that my head will reach a temperature that one could mistake for the surface of the sun. One day I’m going to see if I can fry an egg on it. Anyhoo, this little beast does wonders quickly. As I feel myself warming up, I sprint to the freezer, and don this wonder neck cuff and am able save myself the irritation of having to reapply the makeup that would have run down my face.On the down side it doesn’t stay frozen very long, although for me most ice packs don’t (I can melt a glass of ice by holding it in my hand for 15 mins.), but the immediate help it give makes up for that.

Overall this is great, it stays flexible even when frozen, it stays cool for longer than I expected, it freezes extremely fast, and fits in small and large coolers for outdoor game days. I do wish the size was a bit thicker, my kids have said that’s the only thing they’d change. So that it covers more of their neck. I also really like that it doesn’t have the tag that sticks off the back like other brands do. It’s a great purchase especially for outdoor summer sports days!!

The product worked good the first use. Refrigerated it in the package and used it a second time when I noticed it was leaking a slimy substance. I tried to wash it all away but didn’t think about any potential leakage under my bra. My chest and under chest area are currently chemical burned! I’m glad it happened to me and not my daughter. I do not recommend this product.

It does work well, but they don’t stay cold for too long. I live in Arizona and it’s really hot here but it’s worth money paid.

I love these neck coolers depending on the humidity they may last for hours. I actually have 2 of these....I wear one then put it back in freezer and put the other one on...this way I stay cool all day.

Wonderful!! I have a lawn care business and stuck this in a grocery bag with 2 cups of ice from the gas station and within 10 minutes when I arrived at the next yard, it was frozen solid! It’s almost 100° today!

They definitely cool you down, but like other say when the temperatures is real warm outside, they only last about 20 minutes.
