This prosthesis is so different than what is typically offered in an affordable device. My mastectomy involved removal of the right breast, several lymph nodes and extensive underlying tissue, leaving the area concaved. Having large breasts, it has been difficult to find a comfortable prosthetic breast that has a natural shape for my issues. The angled shape tapers to realistically fill in the area under my arm. But the great thing is, the main teardrop portion tapers up with a hook attached to comfortably latch onto my bra strap. The prosthesis doesn't travel, ending up in the middle of my chest, or falling out the side, or crawling out the bottom of my bra. It is comfortable and stays where it belongs! Did I mention, it is Comfortable?!!! The only thing is I wish it was just a bit bigger. Though it is a DD, it does run a little small. It isn't enough to be noticed. A change in the bra I wear will absolutely make a difference. This is a game changer for me!! I highly recommend this product if you have similar issues.

I ordered 2 - sizing is hard to figure out...the first one they must have sewn on backwards - because the plastic fold (holding the bra claw) is facing your skin - poking into you. The 2nd one same issue - so not a sewing mistake a design flaw.

Returned this one and went to Walmart and bought a2 package silicone bra insert. Clear, light fits me and it works for me. Before I checked out I went to customer service to ask about return policy. They accept the return if it's not been used. I just wanted to fit it inside the bras I normally wear. I wear it everyday.
