great help along with workout!!
This book along with free download helped me add more arm exercises to my regular workout at the gym. At 42 years old, my "hello goodbyes" under my arms were out of control and no matter how much I went to gym it was not helping until I bought this book! Worth every penny!!!

A good beginner's exercise book
Well this is very basic but I am a beginner. I am recovering from back surgery and the only exercises I am allowed to do are basic arm exercises and walk. Half of the exercises in this book, I am not allowed to do right now. But at least this gives me ideas on various arm exercises than I can do.

A SMALL, BUT EXCELLENT BOOK
It you like to get right to the point without a lot of fluff in between, this book is for you. It gives excellent direction and illustration. I highly recommend it, and have just purchased Rachel's book for thigh exercises.

Where do the 30 days come in?
Love the descriptions and illustrations for each exercise. I would have liked more guidance on how often to do this routine - ever day? Every other day?

I was disappointed but not worth sending
I thought it would have had more excercises in it. A very small book. I was disappointed but not worth sending back

This book has the basics but very effective arms workouts, but to tell you the true a book won't give you perfect arm it is all up to you so don't give up and good luck.

Clear descriptions and line drawings, needs no equipment beyond weights
Just what I was looking for, a no-nonsense 40-page 'booklet' with clear descriptions and line drawings of each position. Perfect for at home use as weights are the only equipment needed, with additional option of an exercise band on a couple of moves. The exercises are divided into groups in the Contents according to muscle group. Four different 'push up' exercises are shown, of varying levels of difficulty from really easy (upright against a wall) to the full move.A couple of little niggles. The introduction might have mentioned the health benefits of weight training, not just the improvements to your appearance. I would have liked some advice on how heavy the weights should be (2lbs? 5lbs?). Also, are we expected to do all 15 exercises every time, or could they be divided into smaller complementary groups so users could have shorter, more varied routines?

very informative.
Just a little too in depth for me. You really needed the right equipment too. I have tried some of the exercises and they do make a difference.
