Small but powerful
I bought two of these. One for my mom and one for myself. The vacuum is small but very powerful and it's not as noisy as some vacuums. It's light so its easy to move around and it comes with attachments but the hose isn't very long. I'm very happy with it and so is my mom.

For the price it is far better than expected
For the price it is very good and better than expected. I have tile floors so take this into consideration. Works great. I have one faux fur larger size rug and it even works surprisingly well on that. Quick to assemble. Sufficient power. Easy to use. Easy to empty. This is a replacement for a Dyson I had that was a nightmare to empty and broke rather quickly. I had two Dyson vacuums (one given to me used) before that and bought a 3rd, a wand, for a typical Dyson high price. Very disappointed in it for the amount of money I paid.My point being, this either equals or surpasses the Dyson in every way except for the fact that the Dyson wand was easier to get under all furniture. Great vacuum for the price!

Good lightweight vacuume!
I had trouble setting in the handle - but I could not find the screw to secure it in. I cald Dirt Devil they helped me out and was able to set the screw in (it was attached to the handle with plastic. Just realize you will weed a phillips haead screwdriver to set it in.Otherwise it works fine and sweeps the carpet. I like that it is lite so easy to pick up to clean the stairs, It is affordable and also red which is my favorite color.Thank you to Dirt Devil for helping me when I called!

Would buy again, certainly worth the money
Out did any of my expectations. AMAZING little vacuum. My Miele died so I just got this as a cheap replacement. It's lightweight, amazing dirt collection. Cord could be a bit longer....but rate a 5 plus

Good for the price. Light weight
Good vacuums for the price! It’s a small and light weight vacuum. Perfect for apartments, smaller homes and spaces, or individuals that can not lift very heavy objects. It does a good job and I like that it has a canister that you can just empty in the trash can, but it does not pick up absolutely everything on the fist go. I do find that you have to go over the same area a few times to make sure it picks everything up. But overall I’ve been using it consistently (4-5 x a month) for about a year and a half now and not had any issues so far!

Best Vacuum Finally Found!
Here to say this vacuum is fantastic! I’ve tried so many different types of vacuums, from pull around bag high powered vacuums to robot vacuums and nothing beats this lightweight, simple, effective canister Dirt Devil. I vacuumed my house yesterday with my several hundred dollar pull around vacuum and then again today when I got this Dirt Devil and was amazed at the amount that it picked up from my hard wood floors and rugs. I was even able to easily vacuum my carpeted stairs.. That is saying something.

Good enough but not great
Good vaccum. Light, easy to maneuver, good suction, easy to empty the canister. The main negative is the hose is much too short to make the extensions useful at all. For me that is a big negative.

It's an 80$ vacuum
My Dyson recently died and I didn't have enough to spend 300+$ on another vacuum at this time. What I've noticed: The instructions that came with the unit didn't explain how to attach the hose, I spent the first hour trying to figure out why the suction wasn't working and why it would just cut up leaves and make them 1000 tiny pieces. I ended up just YouTubing how to set it up. Most of the videos showed the unit arriving with an attached hose but I was able to figure out that the bottom attachment wasn't attached properly and that mostly resolved the issue. With that being said, the bottom potion that is attached to the floor suction will detach randomly so you have to keep checking it. If you want to use the handle for cleaning, you have to detach the bottom hose and attach it to the handle. Minor inconvenience but it's doable. The right side of my unit works better than the left. If you go from hard floor to carpet, it gets fussy and spits out any hair it recently sucked up, creating a hair line, then you have to vacuum over that several times. The only setting that works for both hard floor and my rug is setting one (there is bare floor, 1, 2, and highest (carpet) is 3). The suction is mediocre, I find myself vacuuming over the same spot in different directions a lot. Mine seems to vacuum better on carpet than on hard floor. With hard floor, it sometimes won't pick up the smallest item like a fragment of a leaf until I vacuum over it several times. The cord is also quite short. If it were like 2 feet longer it would be perfect. I don't have a large house, but to vacuum my great room I have to put the cord over my couch to reach or relocate the plug which is obnoxious. I can say that it does the job in the end, just a longer process. It is not that loud, and although kind of bulky, I'd say it's fairly lightweight.
