Best product for incontinence.Our puo has Degenerative Myelopathy and has both bowel and urine incontinence.This has been amazing for us!!!We also use it for spots on the incontinence pads... and diaper covers. I'm a 62 year old male who underwent a radical prostatectomy in July of 2021 which has left me incontinent until I can undergo pelvic floor therapy.Anyway, being that I change my undergarment frequently during the day, I need frequent cleaning to stay fresh at work and home. I tried a clear dry powder for a while which was ok. My gf is a nurse at a nursing home and she brought some of this home. It's great! I bought a small spray bottle at Walmart for $1.00, filled it up, and it's fantastic. It keeps me feeling clean, fresh and smelling good "down there".I recommend this product for anyone going through incontinence

As a retired RN, I highly recommend this "after-using- the-bathroom" body cleanser for anyone who has problems with cleaning up themselves or someone they're caring for. From new mothers to older people, as well as post-surgical patients, we all have needed or someday will need help with regaining that fresh cleanliness in hard-to-reach areas. This product, I believe, is the answer. McKesson is a well-recognized name in medical circles, and one that I definitely trust, having "been there and done that". The product is effective for true cleansing, and safe, with no harmful residue or toxic ingredients. I also like that the smaller containers come with a spray attachment, which works upside down, so can be sprayed upwards by a person sitting on the toilet, before wiping. The larger bottles can be poured directly onto cleansing tissues for someone caring for a bedridden or otherwise-compromised person. Again, I highly recommend this very easy-to-use and effective product.

It has a nice light fragrance. I was skeptical because most of these don't smell at all or have a powder smell. This one smells a lot better than most.

I’ve been using this product for a while, my husband has to be hand bathed . This product smells good , cleans great & the larger size is convenient for refilling my smaller pump bottles

After an initial wash, I like to use this soap to disinfect any areas that may need it. Bug bites, sores or just to rub it all over. It smells therapeudic. btw we put it in a foam bottle
