Allows you to get the unique flavors of jam, rose petals, and cherry liquor with less risk of stuck fermentation. Alcohol tolerance to 15%. Offer is for 8 gram pack, use 1 gram per gallon. Now discontinued by Lalvin in the 5g packs, provided in the Brewmaster/Cellar Science repack.
