Received the item in a very good packaging. The metal components have good finishing. Installation took some time (2 hours) but was fun. Only problem was with the nuts and bolts. They were little difficult to handle. The manufacturer can improve their quality. There are a few videos on Youtube. I watched one of them for guidance. The rack looks sturdy. We have been using it for a month now and there has been no deterioration in paints etc.One suggestion, while buying first check the size, and then choose the right gauge of steel depending on expected usage.

Sturdy. Choice of plate thickness 18 to 24. Bolts and nuts provided. Spanners supplied. Nice paint. Customer queries attended to fairly and quickly. Plastic bushes (shoes) provided. Side rails have round and elliptical (long round) - horizontal and vertical - enable small adjustments in length or breadth of plates. Good packing. Fast delivery. Overall nice product.Suggestion to selecting plate thickness ( 18 to 24) depending on weight intended to be kept in the shelf would be helpful. Plastic shoes for the top side of the rails would be helpful.

I just finished assembling my 48x36x12 shelf. It was moderately easy to assemble but definitely requires 2 people to do the job otherwise the shelves may fall down and end up dented; so let a friend help and do the assembling on a hard surface not on carpet to get perfect alignment. 2 spanneres/wrenches are provided and also one dozen extra screws which are more than sufficient. Just be patient while assembling because that is the only part where you need to be careful.other than that it seems very good.

Good quality, sturdy and durable.

It was a real struggle to assemble in spite of the supplier sending the video through WhatsApp in advance. Even now the rack is not standing straight. With the spanners provided it is not possible to tighten the nuts fully. Spring washers should have been provided to secure the bolt. I do not think it is value for money. For Rs. 3000, I could have got a nice wooden cupboard made through my carpenter.

The legs are very strong and the finising was too good.. the way they packed is superb. They have provided rubber bush for the legs and spanners for assembling the rack.. overall a sturdy rack for all your storage purpose.. thanks Amazon for the timely Delivery.

One of the plastic feet provided was broken. Other than that, all okay. I did not return the product as I had installed it already when I noticed the broken plastic foot. Utility is good.
