It doesn't work.
No hot water, handle very poorly made, running around. Few missing parts Can't even give it a star. Reaching out to Amazon and manufacture is so difficult. Please Amazon should reach out to me to arrange a refund or replacement for what works.

Great shower!
Fitted this shower a couple of days ago, absolutely fantastic! Really easy to install! I have never fitted a shower before and I'm not a plumber but did everything myself and it works a treat,the instructions are not the best but I followed a you tube video for a different shower with no problems. The only thing to note is it does not come with mounting plates to fix to the wall but I spotted this when I was buying it and just bought the ones from the often bought together section and they were perfect!

Worst item I have ever bought
Fitted as per instructions and looked nice. Unfortunately it was defective. The knob that turns on the main shower head and the smaller head just turns and when I finally get it turn on I can't then turn it off. Contacted amazon but will not refund or send a replacement unless I return the item which is impossible due to not having something in its place to stop the water

Great Value
Good quality kit ,only one thing, there doesn't seem to be any flow control. It's all in the rainfall head or all in the headset , all at full pressure.

Looks great, easy to use
The colour black looks great, easy to use, but we have a buzz on the hot supply when we use it, the pressure is much poorer than our old shower and the thermostat doesn’t change the temperature at all, although the temperature is okay to use. Perhaps we have an airlock, but can’t account yet for the other two issues

1st shower we installed only lasted a few months but could not return by that stage. 2nd shower we received last week was faulty out of box. looks good but build quality is terrible!
