Didn't think it was going to work at first as nothing happened when I plugged it in but you need to plug in and then start your car. Once on it worked perfectly. Just be sure to double check that it is set to Barr or psi as this can change on the display when adjusting the pressure and it's easily done by accident. I am sure I will get the hang of it with use though. Pleased with the purchase and was happy that it was on offer when I bought it. I haven't used the light but I think it would be useful if you were in a low light situation.

I bought this item to put into my wife's new car, she wanted something simple to use, pre-set up, so that in an emergency she didn't have to worry about reading a manual first.I let some of the air out of the spare, plugged in the unit to the lighter socket, set my requirements as per the manual and away it went. No problems at all, I checked the pressure with a handheld digital tyre gauge and both gave me the same psi result.It looks stylish and professional...pumped up an airbed in under 3 minutes also and has numerous adaptors for balls, pillows etc.One thing I'd like to see supplied with all these type of units is a mains adaptor! You don't always want to have to drag an item out to the car to inflate it, sometimes it would be handy to use in-house. Not a criticism of this device, more of an innovation I'd like to see all the manufacturers adopt.I'd be happy to replace my current device in my car with one of these when the time comes, very pleased with my choice and so is my wife!

I've only used this once but i already love it.I had a analogue inflator which wasn't very accurate and the motor burnt out so i wanted a digital inflator which would be accurate and one which had a good motor.I bought the Lofter digital tyre inflator because of the motor and reviews. it's easy to use you have to do the following:1. start your cars engine.2. plug the charging cable into the cigarette lighter of your car.3. plug the inflator onto your tyre valve. (The inflator was pre set to psi) your current tyre pressure will flash 3 times on the screen.4. press the + or minus button to the correct tyre pressure you need.5. press the power button. the inflator will inflate the tyre to the pressure you set earlier and then stop.

Almost everything about this product is great.The Pros: Lightweight, easy to use, works extremely well, Carry bag.The Cons: The cable storage space is not big enough to fit the power cable and the inflation tube without forcing them in and thus potentially damaging either the inflation tube or power cable. More thought should have been put into that one.

The pump works well , inflates the tyres quickly and turns off at desired pressure. Very slight problems are the digital read out is dim making setting pressure a bit difficult on a bright day, also the compartment for storing pressure hose and electrical leads is a bit tight but not really a problem. However that said it did the job effectively and I am satisfied with purchase. Delivery with prime was within 24 hours.

Does what it's supposed to do at a good price, want to pump up your tyres twice a year? Why pay more

I purchased this a couple of months ago and I have used it quite a few times. It is reasonably quiet, it doesn't move around when on compared to some, and is quite quick when topping up the pressure. The down side is that the screen is very difficult to see and the pin on the top is loose and can fall off if you are not careful but if you keep it down when you are not using it you are fine. On the plus side it is a good size not too big so it doesn't take much room in the boot.

Great features for the price and it works really well. Old 12v inflator display went so had to buy a replacement. This is a huge improvement - really clear display, auto stop at the right pressure and clips on quickly rather than screw on. Have a a history of slow punctures - usually in freezing conditions at the side of a busy road so this is a real gift to myself.
