It is good!
This pan is far beyond my expectation. It is well packaged. There's a metal ring under the pan, and it helps to heat evenly. The pan is easy to use and clean. The size is perfect for me to cook for myself alone.

Lefties are alright too...
This pan looks nice and I love the feel of the handle. I am trusting that the coating will last for a long time and isn't leaching toxins into my food. The "the pan is hot" indicator on the handle is a cute touch, but, honestly, I don't think you should be in the kitchen if you can't comprehend that a pan on the fire has the potential of being hot. I'd like to suggest that a more useful adjustment be made to this item. Like another pouring lip. I don't see that the *one* lip compromises the beauty and utility of the pan. Would having a lip on the other side do so? For, you see, despite their notorious penchant for the arts and the abstract, lefties do often cook. And yes, lefties do comprise a generous portion of the world's geniuses, and so most will be quite capable of figuring out how to pour from the pan from the wrong side. But this all begs the question, why should we have to do that? Why all this handist callousness to the needs and desires of a portion of our population? Why would something useful be included only for the convenience and joy of the mono-handedness righties? True, most lefties by necessity have a good amount of agility with their right hands - while many righties would probably starve to death should they suddenly have to cook left-handed - but why shouldn't we be able to fully enjoy this gorgeous pan, and not have to face the extra obstacle of either having to pour cross-handed or risk spilling contents on the counter? Lefties of the world, UNITE! We deserve inclusive cookware!

I am impressed
The last frying pan I bought did not last long the no stickk surface chipped off. This pan is non stick and is great. It is 12 inches and the glass top from the old pan fits it. I've cooked an number of different things and am very happy. It is easy to clean they even provided somethng to clean it with. If you want a new frying pan, I recommend this.

Good pan but is not nonstick
I bought the largest pan. It still is fairly light. It works very well on my induction stove top. Calling it nonstick without at least a little bit of fat however is not truthful. I fried an egg without my usual little butter or oil as a test & the egg stuck to the pan, not completely but it did stick. Other than that, it’s a good pan.

Well Made Skillet
We love the so-called granite non stick coating on this fry pan. You can cook with less oil and clean up is so easy. A couple of times we wiped it clean with a paper towel and rinsed well with hot water and called it ready to go again! In any case the pan will not be put in the dishwasher, so whether that is harmful is not known to us. Hand washing has always been a breeze, even after some fairly heavy caramelization. This seems to be a well made product and is thick enough to ensure even heating and should stand up to relatively high heat. (We will not exceed medium high.) The handle is covered in a wood-look substance that stays cool. We will be ordering another size.

Nothing sticks to pan & easy cleanup
So far so good. I’ve only had this pan for about a week & nothing sticks to the pan & cleanup is easy. It also comes with a sponge cleaner. I will try to update this review after a few months’ use.

Happy with pan, but a coiple of small issues
Overall, this pan has been pretty great. Super easy to clean. Even heating and, after months of use, nothing sticks to it. A couple of issues i had were limited to discoloration where the handle attaches to the pan, the pink "ready" indicator doesn't work as well as when it was new and the fact that the grease that gets baked on the outsides of the pan is difficult to remove. I will say that the non stick performance is not as good as when it was new, but it is still better than most I've had, plus i have had to tighten the screw holding on the handle more than once. I did find it strange that the pan came in a cloth bag whrn it was first delivered.

excellent
i cook on an induction burner, my daughter cooks on electric and my mother cooks on gas. We all 3 now have these complete sets and they are standing up to daily use much better than the much more expensive pans we have bought and used in the past. Warning, start at much lower setting than you usually cook and continue at lower setting, as once these pans are heated to the setting they remain at a constant temperature. They also do not cool down or loose their heat as soon as heat is turned off. I simmered chili at 160 degrees for 2 hours yesterday without burning the chili or loosing my simmer. The small skillet is the perfect egg pan, I use very little butter and my husband has perfect fried eggs. clean up is a breeze. I hand wash and allow to air dry all my skillets.
