Preparation: pancakes: 1. Gently whisk together egg, oil and water. 2. Fold in mix until combined. (Don't over-mix - lumps are okay!) 3. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Waffles: follow pancake instructions for batter, but double the water. Cook according to waffle iron instructions. Make it vegan: replace 1 egg, add 1/3 cup mashed bananas.
