MP90 Eco Xtreme is a protective solution for stone, marble, quartz, granite, cement and polished stoneware, creating an extreme and environmentally friendly protection that prevents water and oily stains. What is it used for? It is protective hydro and oil repellent natural effect. It is the best defence against stains, in ecological version, for porcelain stoneware, natural stone, marble and granite with polished finish, patinated, brushed, fine polished matt. Reduces material absorption without altering its aesthetic appearance. Waterproof and protects and simplifies cleaning. It is also great for joints, for the treatment of crackle ceramic, grit, marble-resin. It is also suitable for the treatment of cement tiles and rebuilt stones. It has anti-graffiti properties: protecting the surface allows easy removal of graffiti during cleaning. Hydro-oil repellent: hinders the absorption of common stains of oily and watery origin. Benefits:Very low VOC emissions: certified by GEV and marked by EC1PLUS. Contributes to leed credits. Free from hydrocarbon solvents: environmentally friendly treatment. Being water-based, it can withstand residual moisture situations so the application can be done after 24-48 hours after initial washing making the treatment fast. Does not leave films and does not yellow. It is ideal for the protection of tables, kitchen tops and bathrooms. Floor area can be walked on after only 4 hours. How to use: no dilution, ready to use. Application: Shake before use. For materials with a matte finish (natural stones, terracotta, agglomerates, cements): on dry and clean surface apply MP90 Eco Xtreme with a brush or fleece evenly and continuously, saturating the joints as well. Before the product dries, remove any residue by blotting with a clean cloth. On high absorption materials apply in two coats at an interval of 20 minutes from each other. For polished porcelain stoneware, natural stones, agglomerated with polished finish: on dry and clean surface, apply MP90 ECO XTREME completely saturating the material and joints with a brush or fleece. Before the product dries (about 10-15 minutes), massage using a micro-fibre cloth soaked with the product to promote the penetration of the product. Then dry with clean cloth. To speed up operations you can intervene with single brushes. To complete the cycle with the finish: in the case of porous materials such as natural stones, rebuilt, agglomerates and cements, applied indoors, you can apply a finishing wax depending on the material and desired effect (matt, satin, classic, long life). The surface can be walked on after only 4 hours, the stain protection is active after 24 hours Maintenance: diluted solution of cleaner pro.
