Great for my little girl
I purchased this thing mostly for the convience of storage.. but I've found that I like it for so many more reasons than that. My kid HATES baths... she is currently 2 months old. We've tried two other tubs before this one that didn't work well for us because she wiggles all over the place and I could forsee her getting hurt or she would manage to almost submerge herself if there wasn't an extra hand to hold her up. The bump in this thing keeps her head above water as she reclines, and she can't squirm sideways like other tubs that we've used. I can finally bathe her by myself with out extra help! I like too that this uses less water and is easier to clean than the previous tubs I've used.My only gripe is that it's hard to clean between her legs and under her butt because of the bump.. and I could also see why maybe this wouldn't be ideal for little boys.

Perfect Bath for Infants
As a new grandparent, I have outfitted our home with a nursery away from home for my son and his family that live in another state so that when they come to visit, they can relax knowing they have what they need and can travel with less. This is a well designed tub for infant bath time that stores away easily without being flimsy at all. It's easy to set up in a tub or shower. It's sturdy and the fold-out legs make it more ergonomic. The center piece helps to support a small baby, key when hands get a bit soapy. The bottom drain is handy to empty the tub. Highly recommend as an early stage bath time necessity.

SO worth it
SO worth the pricetag. We just got this today and used it for bathtime tonight. I Wish I knew about this sooner, but my 7+month old loved it and so did my back. My LO stayed right where she should have been during bathtime, no slipping and sliding all over the place or sliding down underwater thanks to the little hump in the middle. Plus it doesn't come up too far behind her back so that when she leans backward she doesn't hit her head - these were 2 major issues I had with the Skip Hop Baby BlueWhale bathtub that gets great reviews and I don't know why. This design is perfect! I can't speak to the newborn side because we just got it at 7months old, but this has saved my back from breaking when comstantly trying to make sure LO doesn't drown or hit her head.Added bonus - being able to push this into a nearly-flat position is AWESOME for storage and/or travel. Highly recommend!!

Streamlined and adaptable.
I bought the original boon for it's collapsible storage ability, as baby tubs are notoriously cumbersome. However as cute and modern as it looked my baby hated it and screamed every time I laid him in from his wretched discomfort. Only when he was a toddler who could sit up did it see any use and then the cool hanging hook snapped off. Needless to say, I found myself irritated with this company for producing something that had the potential for perfection and falling short in a half-baked way. This tub however is everything the first tube wasn't, with the collapsible feature. My 3 month old has loved it since he was a newborn. The slide-stop could have been a smidge wider and concaved for comfort in my opinion, as the first time I laid him in I should have done so more gently. I think it squished his tender bits and he let me hear about it... but it works. I now make sure they are out of the way before releasing him completely. But if he's having extra fun splashing and kicking and shifting, I end up having to adjust him. Huge annoyance: The warnings on the edges are also incredibly ugly and I had to spend a good hour just rubbing off one side with rubbing alchohol. Haven't mustered up the gumption to do the other side yet but eventually will, as it annoys my everytime I have to look at it. Overall, however, I love this tub and it is a streamlined dream to use. I am sure I will get a lot of use out of it for a long time, until he simply wont fit in it anymore, so the price tag, which is a bit steep, stings a bit less.

PERFECT!!!
I wish I had this tub sooner! Living in an old farmhouse, closets are just as sparse as plug-in outlets! I hated having a baby bath continuously taking up residence in the tub or being left in the floor after someone took it out of the tub to shower. This becomes so flat when broken down. It does have a hook so it can be hung in a shower or on the back of a door. It is super easy to compress and expand the tub. I do lay a towel in the tub after reading one review that the silicone area had pulled out some hair on another child. Honestly, I was hesitant spending this much on a baby bath but I love this tub so much it’s beyond worth it! I wish I had it with our first child! If you are really needed a space saving tub or something you can easy do baths on a counter top (those with chronic back pain like myself), this is your tub!

Flawless
We haven’t had one negative experience with it for a year and a half. I have only cleaned it with dish soap once, we live in western WA, and it still looks like new. There’s no mold. We just rinse it with water after each use. It was easy to hang in our apartment, then moved into a house with a bath tub, we’ve still be using it. It’s nice it saves so much water. It also feels safer cuz my daughter is less likely to stand and slip than in the tub. When she’s in our actual bath tub she wants to move around more and slips etc.
