This is fast and healthy, delicious and simple food sampler. I take them as a quick breakfast or a quick lunch. The only complaint I have may be that the included folded spoon tends to give up easily but this is not an issue when I am eating them at work with the kitchen spoon. The flavor is good. All is a bit spicy, which I like. The portion is small and yet surprisingly fulfilling. Good product.

The rice and quinoa tastes ok...but the mixture tasted horrible. Donated the rest to the food pantry.

So... they are pretty small. Like... fruit cup small. It's less than 8 Oz and if you are in the US and drink coffee... That is less than the smallest sized cup they have at Starbucks. That being said. Pretty tasty. However. As a 6' 210 lb guy... it's not really enough for me to justify buying again. As a meal replacement... meh. I was looking for something filling w/ veggies. I'm looking to lose some weight but this is a snack.I do think they are pretty tasty though. But I could get a protein bar for less than half the price and I feel that would be better for curbing my snack desires. If you aren't a large man... this might satisfy you.

I should’ve read more reviews, save your money. This was so gross. The smell alone when I went to mix it should have stopped me from tasting it but I did. And I know ceviches and other menu items here; this is just something that no one should eat. I read someone donated the others, I’ll throw them out. Kept checking the expiration date thinking it was a bad batch but nope. I’ll try to get a refund but buyers please beware

These are great for my husband who is on a strict diet for health reasons and he is always on the go. great for days on the golf course when he only has hot dogs as an option. we keep these stocked regularly!

Very good

The quinoa cups where the better tasting . The cauliflower where the worst had to throw them away. They taste too sour and acidic almost like throw up after a night out drinking.
