Meditation Time! What a wonderful feeling. Just listen and relax.
My husband uses these when he meditates. I'm lucky when he decides to wait just around bed time to use. I get to meditate along side of him. Just relax, listen and feel as a different pitch from each tuning fork radiates through your entire body. This set comes in a nice carrying case with six tuning forks which are all different in hertz. Along with it a tool to use for making those tuning forks sound.

I don't know a lot about tuning forks, but thought it would be fun to have. It seems heavy duty and good quality.

Good sound quality
The solfeggio frequencies are slightly different from modern standard tuning; I find these resonances to be grounding and clearing. I actually prefer these to the alpha, delta, theta tuning fork frequencies.
