Product works as intended but you may want to make sure you have no negative reactions to it. I couldn't continue use as it wreaked havoc on my stomach. Even when taken with food. So just be cautious.

I am normally not the type of person that uses fat burning supplements, but I wanted to see if there was a way to facilitate my diet and exercise. I purchased MusclePharm Shred Matrix with the hopes of losing some additional body fat and having a more tone appearance in stubborn areas. I can honestly say that after using as directed, this product did not work for me. Working in the medical profession, I am the first person to admit that different things work for different people because nobody is the same. This product may work for others, but came up short for me.

I use this product whenever I'm "cutting" and it works great. If hunger is your biggest struggle while leaning out, this while help a lot. I'm a former fat kid but I'll always have an appetite like one. This helped me to cut down to very low bodyfat percentage while eliminating food cravings. Some days I had to remind myself toeat, so don't go too low on your calorie deficit. The appetite suppressant can be powerful.

I have found that the appetite curb isn't as strong as my appetite. I am 210, 6' 2", active. Haven't been able to workout like normal but I have been able to hit a 6 mile run with a few small 40 minute workouts in between. I have lost weight. I have dropped an inch in my waist and hip area. I haven't been completely routine on this either. Miss the weekends and I have only been taking 2 pills twice a day. I believe it is working in being a shredder. Appetite suppressor, not so much for me. I can kill eating if that means the pills are busting some weight in the mean time. I have experienced some stomach discomfort if I take 3 pills 2x a day as to why I am only doing the 2 pills.I would recommend this but I would talk about what I did to find what worked for me.

darn you muscle pharm for discontinuing this product and changing your formula!

REMEMBER TO CYCLE THIS PRODUCT!! The amount of b-vitamins is not healthy for long periods of time. Only use for a cutting cycle of about 6 weeks.

Very good appetite suppressor, some days I do feel like I'm dragging but I use other supplements to help.

I take two in the morning and it gets me threw my day pretty well.
