I was told by my daughters doctor to get her vitamin b2 to help prevent her frequent migraines. Well she can’t ever to remember to take them so I’ve been taking them for my very frequent migraines.Here’s my experience:This past summer my migraines decided to take over my life; I’ve always been a migraine sufferer but not this bad. Ive been prescribed imitrex for years and hadn’t had any issues with taking it as needed until I had a bad experience with it once and decided to look elsewhere for relief/prevention.I started out taking just one pill daily and after a few days I noticed the lower part of my face was always itchy. So I stopped taking it and it went away. I read flushing could be a possible side effect. So I started cutting it in half and took that for awhile then eventually moved up. Well the itching on my face is gone and my migraines have subsided. It also helps the appearance of my skin, especially on my hands and fingers. Also your urine will turn bright yellow! But that’s normal.**I’VE ALSO COMBINED ACUPUNCTURE WITH VITAMIN B2 WHICH I THINK HELPED PLAY A BIG PART IN MY MIGRAINES GOING AWAY / REDUCING THE SEVERITY OF THEM.Review:The pill isn’t smooth so some may have a hard time swallowing it, I don’t. (I’ve included pictures) I can’t say anything sufficient about this brand compared to others since this is my first time trying B2. And I can’t say for sure if the vitamin alone has helped my migraines or if it was in combination with the Acupuncture but my migraines have took a turn for the best.Also glad I was able to find them here since they are hard to find in regular stores.
