FunkoPOP My Hero Academia 372 Todoroki Glows in The Dark Special Edition

Well for starters it doesn't glow in the dark so that's false advertising, secondly it looks like someone has done a terrible paint job on his face trying to repair something. Box wasn't sealed properly either, my friend is going to be disappointed, thanks for nothing.
