I really like this gum as a healthier option... it's sugar-free, aspartame-free, and sweetened with xylitol, which is known to help support dental health. This is a nice product that I try to use when I cannot get to a toothbrush. It tastes good, chews nicely, and you;re helping your teeth.

This gum is pleasant for cleansing oral cavity while traveling. The flavor could stay longer.

I probably chew too much of this, but everyone tells me it’s good for your muscles in your mouth, good for keeping you from snacking, good for helping to keep your teeth, clean, etc. I don’t know about all of that. I hope so. But I do know the taste is great. And it does help me keep from snacking for sure. I won’t use any other gum at least not right now. This one has been really good, all the flavors are good

It's hard at first then softens up as you chewing. The ingredients are clean like Pur brand , I think it's a bit expensive but for cleaner and healthier options you get what you pay for. The peppermint is fresh and not too strong . You have to use 2 pieces for an actual nice size piece of gum. Happy chewing! Will be repurchasing .

My wife and I, both seniors, love this gum. We are now on our third 100-piece container. When my wife's dental hygienist recommended she use a product containing Xylitol to remedy dry-mouth syndrome caused by some of her medications, my wife decided that a gum with Xylitol would serve her best. I researched products on the Web and found Spry at a good price on Amazon.My wife[s dental hygienist was right: it was a perfect solution for her dry-mouth problem. As a bonus benefit, my research revealed that Xylitol was also broadly supportive of good dental health.Although I had not chewed gum for many years after I lost some tooth fillings due to the adhesiveness of many gums when I was a much younger man, I gave Spry a try and liked it -- it did not stick to my fillings.Of course, with Xylitol being a sugar-substitute, we don't have to worry about the possibility of promoting dental decay. We both like the peppermint flavor and have bought that exclusively. We find that one piece of Spry is insufficient for a pleasant chewing experience, so I use three pieces at a time and my wife uses twoXlear - Spry Gum Peppermint, 100 gum. (By the way, we do not chew our Spry in public.)

I don't like this gum, I love it. Every sugar free gum I found had two carbs this one 0.9 major deal to me. The flavor does not last long, but the chew is amazing every carb count on my diet, so I plan to buy many times over.

I started chewing this gum at the beginning of 2025 because Xylitol is good for your teeth, what the label doesnt tell you is that you need about 6g a day to have a positive effect on tooth health. Which you could easily chew 6 pieces a day to get the amount you need, because the flavor runs out about 20 minutes into chewing it. Still I like it better than regular gum because I know it is doing SOMETHING!
