I love Michael Graves products, they are quirky and functional. These storage totes are an amazing value compared to other similar products.— DESIGN —These totes look like burlap, but are made of polyester. The inside lining is cotton/polyester. The totes are made of sturdy *fabric* so don't expect this to stand up on its own. Fill it with stuffed toys, books, or as accent storage pieces to help hold it up.The outer rings are reinforced by a metal ring sewn in around the edges, this helps maintain the circular shape. I don't recommend bending it, as it feels like it could snap if you adjust it too often. Adjust it once and don't touch the ring again. The handles are also reinforced by four metal grommets for each handle; this isn't going to break off anytime soon unless you stuff the tote with weights and lift it.Be sure to take measurements because this was slightly bigger than expected, but it was also a pleasant surprise.I am a huge fan of Michael Graves. I bought a lot of his stuff years ago when he had a kitchen line at Target; you can still find some of them on eBay and Amazon. You might even recognize his best-selling iconic Alessi Michael Graves Kettle with Bird Whistle.These storage totes will come in handy for multiple purposes and will look good in your home.
