It took some patience for my little plant to bloom but oh, what a beautiful stem of flowers it put out this year! The flower stalk is almost 20 inches tall and now fully covered in blooms. The pictures I added show the first week after the blooms opened, and that is just the start. It is covered now and so gorgeous. The fragrance is wonderful: Like sweet melted chocolate.I have the orchid in a ceramic orchid pot with holes to give it the maximum air for the roots, and I use baked, ground eggshell (orchids love calcium!) every six weeks during the grow season, just slightly worked into the top orchid soil. Every 4 weeks a sip of a good fertilizer (I use the Tezula Plants MSU fertilizer - 1 small spoon per gal) and you will have great results. This orchid does not develop the thick roots like phalaeonopsis orchids, so careful with the watering, especially if you don’t use a pot with holes.

The packaging is wonderful and very protective of plant. It arrived with no damage and at expected date. I am very pleased with the results of doing business with this company.

The plant came fast and was very very healthy. I'm quite impressed

I received this plant last week. The plant itself looks healthy, shipping time was fast but the plant was shaken around quite a bit in shipping and had lost about half of its medium. I know this isn’t quite the shippers fault but I have received other plants from different shippers that were secured a little better in the box and didn’t loose any of their medium. This plant comes in small bits of dark bark with a foam/moss plug from when it was grown. I did change the medium as soon as it arrived because what it was plants in seemed a little broken down/old but was most likely just what this plant has been grown in for its lifetime There was one leaf broken/bent but it will probably recover ok. I am really excited to see it in bloom!

One orchid died within five days; the other doesn't look like it is going to make it either. VERY disappointed!

The plant didn’t survived and it died . I didn’t know if you want it back but I already discard since it died anyway and it useless to send it back . I’m just letting you know that the plant didn’t make it . I didn’t expect that the plant I’m receiving was very small , now I have an idea how small is the plant I’m buying . Thank you. .

I'm impressed with the packaging, health and sturdiness of this orchid and will certainly order from this grower again!!
