I bought the chair for my daughter-in-law, she moved her business to a new shop. She needed a chair to do both hair services and facial waxing. This chair works great for both. I have sat in it twice for color, cut and style and it is very comfortable. When my son is there waiting for her to finish with clients in the nail section of her room he leans the chair back puts up the head rest a goes to sleep, it is that comfortable, it is also sturdy and stable. She said it is also easy to clean, California board has strict rules and conducts surprise visits. At this time she does not have any complaints about the chair, she has used it about 2 months.

This is the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever had. The seat has no cushioning whatsoever it is rock hard. With all of the reviews saying how comfortable it is I think I got a defective one. Far too complicated to return. I’m stuck with it. I had to purchase cushions for it which makes my clients sit up uncomfortably. The instructions say you must have the original box to return it. I figured after spending $300 on the chair it would at least be comfortable.

It's a firm cushion, but with the head rest up in recline, it is very comfortable! the back height comes up to just below my husbands shoulder blades (very low in my opinion). Disclaimer, there are ZERO directions, so I had to just figure it out on my own. Very simple to put together once you figure it out. Very nice looking chair overall! Excited to use it!

So far so good! My clients love the new chair! A bit heavy for moving back and forth to my shampoo bowl, but i manage... Fits perfectly as the sink, very sturdy. The head rest tends to get stuck but i dont use it that often so i decided i dont care. Very comfy andwide

My only complaint is how difficult it is tp use when shampooing, other than that works great!

This chair is really comfortable. However, we got this chair needing the use the head rest most. Needing to adjust for each client. The head rest for this chair is hard to lift up at first but once you wiggle it and get it up.... it is not sturdy at all. It does not lock and easily move around. It just slides up and down. If your not needing to use the head rest at all then this chair would be perfect.

Love this chair… Very steady… Moves very easy perfect height… Really nice chair… The neck piece doesn’t really stay up

Chair is not unlocking so I can turn the chair. Used it to lay a client back to wax her eyebrows. Clients said it felt sturdy.
