One of my cameras was fuzzy. I contacted the company and they were great in helping me trouble shooting the problem and replaced the camera. The system is super easy to install and operate. Great product for the price. Everything you need for a security system.

I have been incredibly impressed with this camera system capabilities for such a low price. The setup process was extremely easy and the picture quality is fantastic during the day. The cameras have a wide angle view which ensures that I am able to monitor multiple areas of my property simultaneously. One downside may be that the night vision isn't quite as powerful as some other cameras on the market, but at this price it's still good enough to keep an eye on things in low light conditions. Additionally, the system comes with motion detection which sends alerts to my phone when any activity is detected. This feature has already proven to be quite useful. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this camera system to anyone on a budget in need of effective home security.

I ordered the system with the dome cameras. They were difficult to install since you had to take them apart to attach them to the surface and it took A LOT of effort to get them back togther since the star screws that holds everything together had to be perfectly aligned ( very frustrating) with the supplied chincy tiny screw driver. The system comes with only a "quick start" booklet which was somewhat vague and there are alot more settings to deal with in the system with no detailed instruction booklet. You really need to be a professional CCTV installer to get everything set if you want it perfect. I had a problem getting the phone app to work and when I called for tech support I got a recording that said "Call back some other time". That night I got a call from a heavily accented asian woman who it was difficult to under stand her english, she did get my phone app working. I am having a problem with the night vision where the pictures are foggy and I e-mailed the company twice for tech support with no responce yet....I suggest dealing with US based companies that have better tech support.Part 2; I did get some e-mail help regarding the foggy night vision. They asked me to try several things in the hopes that it was street light reflection however it was not helpful. Finally they just told me to return the system. Easier said than done...After pulling wires throughout my house I wasn't going to return it. Amazon was very helpful once they got involved...

This 8ch 4 5mp dome Poe nvr system is one of the best I have come across, the video quality from the nvr and cameras are excellent, i especially like the face detection and smart playback software that it comes with , and how you can add 3rd party ONVIF compatible cameras to this system along with it supporting ptz cameras and how easy it was to set up and use ! Had a minor issue with my order but the company was fast to address the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction In amazing fast timing, I recommend this system for not only do it yourself users who are not tech savvy, as well as for the advanced ip techs who know how to run most systems! Ok camera quality. DVR went out a year after Purchasing. Purchase the three-year extended plaN warrenty. Has been a year now and I’ve been attempting to get a replacement DVR with a still warranty but I just keep getting the runaround. I. Overall it is it OK security system for the price

I am very happy with the quality of the picture of the camera, except for one of the camera wasn't working properly I reach out to tech support, and the response was very timely,Take in to fact that I had bought the four camera set and didn't get the chance to install it for about a year,, and they are willing to replace the camera for me. I need more camera so I definitely buying their products again

Had them on for around a week now and they’ve been pretty good, records 24/7 and easy to adjust the angle and what setting you want.
