I've been having shoulder issues and it was suggested to do simple stretch exercises. This band was suggested by a nurse friend of mine. It is sturdy, has good stretch and the loops are also numbered so you can watch your progress. This band is great for my physo and I find it helps alot. It is very sturdy and stretchy without being to stretchy .
