The dog steps came in a shrink wrapped package. It took less than 12 hrs for them to be fully “inflated” and very firm. My 2 chihuahuas took to them immediately (using treats of course). Now they can safely get up and down the sofa easily and I’m not worried about them injuring themselves by jumping. I’m going to order the 4 step version for my bed- the 3 step version is perfect for the sofa but a little too short for the bed. Would definitely recommend for pet parents of little ones!!

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE these stairs and so does my dog!! I have a little 10 pound maltipoo and she is very picky. She does not like to use cardboard stairs or stairs that feel unstable. These are perfect because of the non-slip bottom and the softness of the foam. They are sturdy and do not move around when she lunges off the 2nd step or runs up them quickly. They are not too steep, which is also nice. Each step is curved so there is less of a chance to trip. The fabric on the stairs is ripply, so it makes it easier for them to grip and run up. I would say each step goes up about a 3.5 inch incline. They measure 23" L x 15.5" W x 15.5" H. There are 2 little mesh pockets on the side, we aren't sure what we are going to put in there yet though! The handle on the back is super useful also if you need to transport from one room to the other.I love the light gray color, as it is neutral and goes with all of our beach decor and color scheme in our house. We loved these so much we purchased another one (3 total)! Highly recommend if looking for dog stairs. They perform great and are great quality! Also, these stairs came out of a very small box and opened up without appearing smashed within minutes!!

This is a great buy! The steps are the perfect height for a normal sofa and very easy for pets to use. I like that it is an incline instead of standard steps. Our pups are 5, 7 and 12lbs and the stairs are stable and supportive for all. It is a very firm incline and the material is easy cleaned.

I have 3 of these at home because my senior cat has arthritis. It is easy to use, the height is perfect for our sofa, our bed and his cat tree. It works well. I haven't tried to clean it yet so I am not sure if it is easy to wash.

UPDATE: After a year, I’m ordering another one for my other couch! These stairs are on fire, none other can touch them!!!I had hard wooden steps with the outdoor carpet covering until my 13 yo chihuahua had a blood transfusion after taking two doses of the antibiotic called Simplecef!! DO NOT RISK YOUR DOG’S LIFE BY GIVING IT THIS MEDICATION!!! It caused a rare, documented side effect called IMHA where her body started rejecting her red blood cells - and it's forever, never goes away :-(. Anyway, $20k later, she’s home but didn't have the strength to get up those steep wooden steps anymore so I bought these.I was picking her up and putting her down off the couch and let me tell you that was no fun!! She flies up and down these stairs. She wasn’t afraid of them at all! They’re wide enough (both directions) to where they’re completely sturdy. The steps are really deep/wide so it really makes her feel safe not having such a steep incline. These are a miracle!!!There's some reviews about people complaining that the material was hard to put on and saggy, etc. Well, you can see from the photo they're perfect. You have to work with it a little bit, but it fits perfectly!Oh and I was worried about the dog hair sticking to it but I’ve had them three months I think and I haven’t even seen a hair it’s so weird! And I have a pug that sheds sooo bad.I just wish they had a 30" size so she can get on/off my bed. They said it's in the making, but I wish I knew when because she's running out of time and I'm tired of sleeping on my couch.I cannot recommend this enough - we can't live without them!!!!

HELPS OUR LITTLE DOG GREATLY, GETTING UP & DOWN FROM THE FURNITURE. WHEN IT CAME IT WAS SO COMPRESSED HOWEVER AFTER LETTING SET AWHILE, THEY INCREASED TO ACTUAL SIZE & ARE IMPRESSIVELY STURDY.

Great quality, good size, but unfortunately our elderly doxie doesn't like them. She prefers stairs I guess. Thought she would appreciate more of a ramp to the sofa instead, but after 3 weeks she just doesn't like them.

Works so well for our old, arthritic chihuahua mix dog that this is the 4th one we've bought. We now have have them for 2 beds, a couch and a chair. Only took a day or two for her to get the hang of it. I put bacon treats on the stairs and put her on the first stair. These are so much easier for the dog than the rigid stair-type ones or ramps. The corduroy cover is soft so doesn't bother her feet, but is naturally non-slip. Because the stairs are at an angle, it's more like walking up hill than jumping up stairs, so easier on the dog's spine and legs. Our dog takes it at a run going up them, but walks down at a normal pace. We have them in blue, grey and brown - are all neutral and blend in with the room colors. I've had to wash one and had no problem. When removing the foam from the packaging initally, the foam expanded to desired shape immediately or overnight for 3 of the 4. The 4th one took a few days, and then it still didn't lay quite flat on the floor...had to prop up the edge of it, but after weeks of use it finally flattened out. Ours are all on rugs or carpet and stay in place fairly well. I imagine on hard surfaces you might need a rug pad or similar underneath. Price seems fair given that they work so well, are safe and look decent. Only thing I would ask for is a little higher one for beds... the 4 step one still leaves a fair size jump needed to get from the top stair to tall beds.
