These A4/Letter-sized clear plastic folders have revolutionized my desk top. Each new project I undertake lives safely in one of these sturdy folders. They sit in a graduated folder rack, most with a reusable tab or sticky note to identify them. My papers were organized before I found these folders, but now they're much more accessible. I used to carry a heavy planner with me, but papers I typically use outside the house live in their own clear folders, separated by topic (general medical records, records specific to each doctor, auto repair history, directions, lists, etc.) I grab what I need, and travel light. Papers stay clean and unwrinkled in these, even in my overstuffed tote. Nearly everyone who notices me using these takes a few away with them to try, and ends up buying their own. I enjoy organization, and these folders have proven their worth to me.

I use these folders to organize printed subject matter in art projects when only a few sheets of printed materials are relevant subject matter and then use a Brother P Touch to label the folders fro alphabetical filing…also used to carry around documents so they are not soiled or wrinkled…I have literally ordered about 300 over the course of a couple of years…indespensible!

I love supplying brochures and other documents in clear covers to protect them and still have the printed matter immediately visible. I always get the kind that is like an envelope, open only on the top edge so I can slide the document in. I was surprised when this particular order turned out to have the "envelope" more like a folder, open on top and the one side, leaving the contents vulnerable to sliding out. I'll use them, maybe tape them shut on the side, but next time I'll make sure to order the three-sides-closed version. Other than this problem, the covers look fine, with a thumb opening to help lift the front.

These are a great help to keep papers clean and organized.

I use these for projects for samples, receipts and notes. I also use them to subdivide paperwork. Every time I have a meeting, the person I'm meeting with wants to keep them because they are so genius. Great for sales materials. I am order my 2nd pack of 30, not because they are not durable - but because everyone wants them.
