Great product, we use this for my older son who struggles with ADHD. We give him one in the morning and it helps most of the day with his focus and he is able to control his moods and ability to get his tasks completed for the day better.

They have a nice taste, dissolve quickly. I sleep sooo much better now. I usually wake up between 5-8 times a night. Taking these before bed i can sometimes only want up twice. Seem to work well for me.

These are very crumbly. The dose is pretty high so I thought I could use a pill cutter. It was a mistake. No matter how slow or fast I tried to cut these, they crumbled into dust.
