I am very glad that I purchased this item. I have all new Makita tools to replace the old stuff to upgrade into the newer battery type and quality. Makita has done a great job with this newer line and voltage rating. I have no complaints for all the tool i have from this line and am very impressed with the power and useable time provided from these batteriesPaid for out of my own pocket to give honest and genuine opinion.

Tool performs as advertised.
It does what I need. Granted I don’t use it regularly but the tool performs as advertised Does my DIY projects. I bought the tool and battery packs separately. Batteries are Easy to charge. I have bought other tools by Makita and those tools also use the same battery pack — which makes it handy when using multiple tools and financially smarter

Convenience plus
I have used the batteries to power my Makita vacuum and leaf blower. Easy to use because they are lite weight and the battery charge lasts till I get the job done! Love the fact that the batteries recharge quickly. Having 3 batteries means I can change out the batteries and keep on working.The batteries and the leaf blower and vacuum are awesome!

wish they came as a set
I love my new saw - what's not to like about Makita. They make great tools, but I was very nervous about having to figure out what battery it needed, so really wish there was an option to purchase as a set like the drill and driver I've owned for some time.

Excellent Price & Quality
Saw this set at Home Depot & Tractor supply, almost pulled the trigger at one of those mentioned, glad I didn’t. Amazon had the Best price, $30 cheaper & fast delivery. Makita products are excellent quality. Super great buy.

Sent this for a birthday present. He hasn’t mentioned experiencing any problems. It is Makita so should last a long time and give great service.Batteries never last long enough.
