The mug is nice, delivered quickly, packaged well... however, I was expecting the nice gift box as in the photos. Nope, just a plain brown box with a sticker on it that says what's inside. :-/ Oh well. Still nice.

Product arrived quickly, was packaged well, and looked great. Was a gift my son to his grandma and was a huge hit. I purchased this along with the "Gigi" one and the only complaint (minor) is that the font for "Grandma" is much smaller than "Gigi". Would have been nice if they could have been similar in size. Product looks exactly as pictured.

I ordered this two days before Father's day and it was supposed to take two days to arrive. To my pleasant surprise, it arrived early! It is a very nice cup. My father is a simple man and doesn't like a lot of glitz. This was a perfect mug for him. He loved it!
