I love the flavors and the spice. I love the color of gives the food. I put it on chicken and fish.it's great on rice. Anything that needs some added flavor and color. So spice it up.

It's very salty. It's really good to use with a nice crema. It's what I like to call "white people spicy" It's more of a smoky spice than that of a hot spicy.
