Compact easy set up auto zoom
This is a very compact rugged camera that is easy to set up and use. It requires a mini tripod or stand for desktops or a standard tripod depending upon use and placement. The auto zoom detection picks up people from the overall 180 degree view and is really nice vs the typical laptop camera that a small group has to crowd around. The resolution does not stay 4K as you zoom in with a single camera element so a farther shot from the camera to the subject becomes less sharp as the camera zooms in. Resolution is great on all three cameras, very good with two and just average on a single camera.Unit runs very warm to the touch and the microphone is quite good.

Expensive, but it’s the mother of all conference room WebCams.
This is the mother of all conference room cameras. If you are trying to avoid the “pinhead“ problem with teleconferences where you got a wide angle conference and camera to fit everyone in but can’t see any of their faces, this is the camera for you. It is “plug and play“ with most common teleconferencing apps and was recognized immediately as an external USB camera on my iMac. It defaults to “panorama mode“ where the input from each of the three cameras on the front of the device are seamlessly find it together to give you a uninterrupted view of the room in front. This works best when it is placed on a small tripod at face level for all of the participants. The camera quality is good enough that you can clearly make out a facial features/expressions of all of those participating, a welcome change from most webcams in this conference room setting. I was also unable to get the iMac to recognize the Jabra as an external microphone, but again, this was not a real negative as I already had an external microphone and was mainly looking for the camera features of this device.Using the Jabra app gives you several additional options such as “zooming in“ to narrow the field of view a little bit. I did not have much luck with the “intelligent zoom“ feature which supposedly will focusing on the face of the person speaking. My issue with this was that it was human, but with such a delay that it would often miss the person speaking. Despite the fact that this feature does not work so well, the high-resolution panoramic view that you can get from this camera is really second to none for teleconferencing and I highly recommend it.

Easy setup and works very well.
It is small and barely noticeable. I have one on the little stand made for it in our Board Room so we can live stream Board Meetings straight out of FB Live. I set it to a fixed 140 degree panoramic view that covers the entire Board and the podium. While the built-in microphone works well, I do not use it. I have the audio feed from the pa system plugging into the live feed so I get really good sound. Everyone than needs to be on the audio has a microphone, so that works well. I used it about 1 year and then it went out. I ordered another and checked online at the Jabra support page. They honored a replacement under warranty, so now I have a spare.

Not as expected
For $800 its very underwhelming. It's an ok camera for wide angle but the video quality is beat by regular $200 cameras from Logitech.

Solid Camera with Multiple Options
We bought (12) of these cameras for use in a classroom. We have only set them up a tested them at this point in preparation for students returning in the fall. In the test the video was very clear. We are using them to connect to Zoom which downgrades the quality a bit. However, as Zoom improves we feel it will be able to better handle the camera’s abilities. The field of view is great with 180 degrees. We compared it to a Logitech wide-angle camera and the Jabra offered much more field of view. There was a neat feature where the camera only showed video when there was motion. So if the left side of the room only had participants it would just show that.We plan to explore that feature more. We downloaded the software that accompanies the camera and it’s got several options. We are now diving into it to see how we can best configure the camera. The is a very special use camera, but seems to work great for its purpose.

Camera freezes soon after video starts, runs HOT
I ordered two of these for identical zoom room small conference room setups. After getting them up and running, folks began complaining about them. The video would freeze several minutes after starting the zoom meeting. I made sure to try with different cameras to ensure it wasn't the other connected hardware, and the rooms run fine on different cameras. And both cameras behaved the same, freezing within minutes of starting the call. We also found they were very hot to the touch, even when idle and not in a call. On top of it, the picture quality was quite poor and required a firmware update to activate the microphone? We had high hopes for these cameras and they were a big let down. I can't believe zoom recommends these for their zoom room setups, I am going to let them know what garbage these are.

Not at all rectilinear, photo quality not much better than cheap webcam...
I've been trying to find the perfect wide angle webcam for a long time. So far we've been using the Hudly camera, which is quite good compared to cheap webcams, but still nothing like a dslr. I had high hopes for this jabra, but find that the curvature is extreme (see image) and the image quality is not great when zoomed in. the FOV is, of course, excellent at 180 degrees and I like the customizability of the zoom. I think it could be very useful for it's smart zoom feature and in a well lighted room.
