Pop n go hits the gum in my mouth and makes the inside of my mouth bleed. But it's definitely a good exercise.Not sure why some people are biting down on it as hard as they could, but it won't break if you just stop to the point right where the hole closes together and let go.I broke this with one bite before. It's not a flex folks. These product aren't that durable. Control yourself and just do the sets. It`s great workout

This thing ripped open after 5 days of use. They should sell 5 packs for a months supply. Poor quality.

I've used some of the 3rd party options here on Amazon and they got used up pretty quickly and I found their clear silicone inserts where your teeth will touch end up falling out and becoming loose over time which is why I got this one without it. Overall the quality seems good and I'm feeling it when I use it. I bought one that was a bit more resistant since I have built up enough muscle to need more of a 'work out'. I would recommend it.
