This journal is perfect for tracking progress. There are race, PR, and other tracking charts in the back. I love the space to take notes on each daily run and the quotes on each page are so motivating.Plus, tons of designs to choose from. Little more expensive than others, but worth it.

On my 2nd one because I completely filled out my first one already! Easy to keep track of the basics and helpful when looking back to see effort done.

Years ago when I was training for my first marathon there wasn't much out there for a training log. It helped me get through all those miles of training so I got this for my granddaughter who just graduated from college and is running an 18 mile race, her first. There is space for notes, motivational tips tracking your day by day training. I would recommend for all runners, especially beginners...

I love using the old fashion write-it-down journal and there is enough space in the Notes: area to write other events of my day. I write in it every day, even on days I don't run. I could do with fewer pages for "My Races" as 68 seems overkill. Since I use it daily, this journal isn't enough for a year's use for me. I do like the convenient size, material quality, the protective plastic cover and the 6 pages for NOTES.

Perfect size for travel. Easy to use. Love the design and appearance. Worth the price.

I ran my first marathon in Dec. 2023 and for that training I bought a cute running journal on Amazon. I did love having my runs on paper and decided instead of writing in that book for 2024 Ill get a new one each year and keep that one as a memory of my first marathon. I also use an app as most of us do to log runs as well. When searching for a running journal I want something that brings me joy to look at or makes me laugh. I bought this one on Amazon but really wanted the "I Run to Burn Off the Crazy", I couldn't cancel this order for the Sunshine one but I ordered the other directly from GoForARun.com to give the actual company direct business (and I want to do this more in 2024, sorry Amazon). These are a quality journal and the outer portion is actually a sturdy plastic sleeve! I didn't read the description so I missed that detail but I love it! It will keep its shape and not get damaged throughout the year, can throw in a bag, etc. I may or may not keep this one to use for next year but highly recommend and a great gift!

The media could not be loaded. I believe this is probably the best running journal you could have if you are a runner or if you have someone in your life who is a runner and needs a gift! I just started running regularly and this is a great way to keep you motivated and track your progress. It really checks all the boxes!

I use strava and garmin for planning and tracking, but got this as a gift and can't say enough how good it's been to just write how I felt and other factors. I'm coming off an injury and this is a perfect journal to keep track of how runs are going and write down ideas for future training.
