Looking for a glass that didn't sweat in the heat of summer, not fond of plastic, bought two of these for my wife and myself. Wasn't expecting but pleasantly surprised as to their weight - a substantial glass cup that fits well in my hand and has proven exceptional in keeping my drink chilled with no sweating at all. Ice doesn't melt nearly as quickly compared to a standard glass. I'm the type of person that only uses two glasses per week - one for coffee and one for everything else. Just pop in the dishwasher or quickly wash by hand - all is good. There is a larger capacity cup available, haven't tired it, but assume just as efficient. Can't go wrong with this purchase.

STRONG????? Yes they are! I think you could drive nails with these bad boys! These are nobody's wimpy glasses. I've never owned a clear glass that exudes durability like these do. The whole concept of a double-wall vehicle for wrapping up either your steaming hot latte or your 32 degree Heineken is absolutely awesome. This one glass can serve both duties and will do the job extremely well.I . . . used . . . to be a fan of Bodum double-walls but Bodum is quite proud of their product (based upon the prices they charge) and they are nowhere near as sturdy. These glasses get used every day in our family and fit perfectly in my Keurig machine for my morning coffee. I fill 'em up and hit the road. Off to my office that is almost exactly one Americano from my house. By the time I'm taking my last sip from my Sun's Tea glass, my coffee is still remarkably warm and drinkable.Hint: The 16 oz glasses fit under the Keurig machine. Counter-intuitively, the 14 ouncers don't. They are taller and skinnier,These are an incredible bargain. Dishwasher safe. Nice, clear glass, and boy they are SOLID! These are a year 'round hit and if you have a set you'll find yourself using them every day. A nice added benefit is that a boiling hot coffee doesn't even begin to hurt your had as you hold these glasses. I would highly recommend trying a set. I think you'll be delighted with them!

These glasses hold around 14 ounces, and they are about 3 inches in diameter and 6 and a half inches tall (high). They are double walled, and it feels (and looks) reasonably heavy duty. They are not the fragile little glasses I have purchased before from other venders, these feel like they can take some abuse (but don't drop them on a hard floor; they will easily break). Ok, so what's the big deal about them? Well, they are not the most attractive glasses I have owned, but they are very utilitarian in the sense they will keep coffee hot for a long time or tea cold for a long time (or any other beverage of your choosing). My coffee will easily stay very warm for at least 20 minutes (more if you make the coffee hotter to start). I don't like having to reheat in the microwave my coffee every 10 minutes. These glasses really do work. If you put a couple of ice cubes in a cold beverage and put it in the glass, it will stay cold for almost an hour. It is amazing. They are made in China, but I am happy with the quality (heavy duty, no noticeable flaws, well made) of these glasses. They were protectively shipped, and I got them in just a couple of days. If you wonder why they are kind of expensive (look at some of the other double walled glasses and these look cheap), it is because they are double walled, and these are thermal; that is, you can put either hot or cold liquids in them without problems. Many of the other glasses are for cold liquids only (kind of defeats the purpose of putting hot coffee in them), and one set of glasses I got had it stamped on the bottom, "do not microwave" permanently etched into the glass (or maybe somehow painted onto glass). These are now my favorite glasses for coffee, and in the late day for cold liquids (like Inkos white peach tea, so delicious). I hope this information helps!(especially the white tea plug)

These are comfortable to drink out of; they are dishwasher safe; they keep drinks cold and are high quality. The glass doesn’t “sweat” and is comfortable to hold. The glass is clear & sturdy. They are stylish and elevated. Excellent quality. Love them! Very good purchase!

11/29/2023 update - we still have these glasses and they are everyone’s favorite for all the reasons I wrote in my first update and also because they are strong and last. They are fine in the dishwasher and unlike other double walled glasses, they don’t break in there. We are used to the weight now and just love them. My preferred size is 20 oz.I have several Boden double-walled glasses and I love them. I was eager to try these and see if I liked them as much. I find this glass pleasant to use because it's large, but I guess I thought they would feel a bit lighter. It isn't that they are heavy to hold, but they lip is thick and the glass is so straight that it feels heavy, heavier than the Boden. That said, I like the size and I think I will enjoy them.Update 1/23/14 - I've had the glasses since May. I use them every day, mostly for hot tea in the morning. I find I choose them over all the other glasses because they feel solid (the characteristic I initially thought was a negative) and are very large. I find them very nice to drink out of. I also like that I can place them on wood and not worry about sweating and that they keep my drinks warm longer than regular mugs. I have replaced all my drinking glasses with thermal glasses. They also seem very durable. I have had them for almost a year, washed them daily in the dishwasher and they have not broken and look great.

We ordered 8 of these glasses - they work well. One broke while stirring a beverage after a month of use. However, when we made Sunstea aware of it they sent a replacement.
