This is my husband’s absolute favorite coffee mug, and after our toddler tested its durability by throwing it across the room (spoiler: it didn’t survive), we immediately repurchased it!The size is perfect—21 oz means plenty of coffee or tea without constant refills. It’s sturdy, comfortable to hold, and has a nice weight without being too heavy. The design is beautiful, with a unique glaze and a slightly rustic feel that looks even better in person. Plus, it’s microwave and dishwasher safe, which is a must for us.If you’re looking for a high-quality, stylish, and functional mug, this one is absolutely worth it. Just maybe keep it out of reach of little hands!

Was looking for a large coffee mug to use with my Nespresso machine. This one is plenty large enough for coffee with cream. It is heavy with a pretty color and design. Keeps coffee hot. Easy to use and clean.

This is a really well-made, large and durable cup.It doesn’t hurt that it’s really attractive too.I liked it so much that I bought one for each day of the week.

Gorgeous cup! Great quality! And I love the low stature/profile of it. It’s big without being tall and tippy!

It looks great, and I love it for drinking tea. I originally bought it to use with my Clever Dripper, but it is too wide for the dripper to work with. Since I also drink tea, and occasionally hot chocolate, that hasn’t been a problem.

The cup is oversized and heavy. A minor glazing imperfection is present. The color is excellent.

So, there are 2 main points to note here. First, the packaging is horrible. There's really no other way to explain this. Seller readily admits that they have poor packaging, but that they need to exhaust all current stock of their packaging before updating to something else. I suppose by their calculations it must be cheaper to send out a replacement mug than to ensure the first one gets there safely. To this point, I can say that the seller indeed does stand behind their product 100%! After contacting them regarding my first mug which arrived in a pile of shards as shown, they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived a day later. EXCELLENT! Something to note here is that although seller packaging isn't very good, the issue is mostly in how Amazon ships the item itself. The first mug came in an envelope! Who puts a fragile ceramic item in an envelope!!? So that part is on Amazon, not the seller. The replacement mug came in the same poor packaging, but was shipped in a BOX which helped to protect it. That came directly from the seller, not Amazon.Second part of review is about the mug itself. This is a very nice mug for the price point. It is a glazed stoneware mug and by most standards, a large one. It has a good feel and can hold nearly 20oz of beverage at 4" wide and 3.5" deep (2 cup measuring glass for scale). The glazing is varied in finish and adds a bit of design detail which of course is subjective to your particular taste. As the pictures show, the top 2 layers of color along with the inside of mug are shiny and smooth, while the bottom part is matte with a duller non shiny finish. This carries through to the handle as well. I can confirm that it can be placed in microwave with no issues. I haven't tried the dishwasher as I washed it by hand, but it does say it's dishwasher safe. Overall, this is a 5 star item that would benefit from better packaging, but is backed up by a solid seller who stands by their product.
