Originally Prescribed by an Animal Ophthalmologist
This is good stuff...gives comfort right away. It was originally prescribed by an Animal Ophthalmologist for the brother of the sister lizard that I am treating now. This little lady had been getting Systane Balance Eye Drops for a few months...another good brand. But the Systane does not have the viscosity that this does. It truly coats the eye and stays. The only downside it that the drops are so thick that they are a bit large for a small lizard eye. The Systane had a smaller dropper with better control. I must wipe her lower eyelids after each use for the "overflow." Otherwise, as animals will do, she kicks at her eye to rid herself of the overflow. She does like her eyedrops, though. She was born here at the house a little over eight years ago, and she lets us know what she likes or dislikes. When her eyes are a bit dry, she sees the bottle, and goes, "Lick," letting us know she likes it. "Lizard tested - lizard approved."

Great for dogs with Keratoconjunctivitis Sicca (KCS) that don't produce "quality" tears
Most dogs with KCS don't produce enough tears for proper eye lubrication, so it's a "quantity" issue. Unfortunately, my dog has KCS with a tear "quality" issue, which is a bit more difficult to treat. We were using the prescribed Tacroliums drops from the dog ophthalmologist which increases tear production but all they were doing was giving him watery eyes which were still red, itchy, and dry. I think I've tried every moisturizing eye drop you can get at a pharmacy and this is the only eye drop that gives him any relief. During the summer months when there's a bit more humidity in the air I give the drops 1-2 times per day and in the winter when it's really dry it can be 5-6 times per day. He's pretty good about letting me know when he needs more drops. They may be a bit on the pricey side for eye drops, but do you know how expensive it is to see the dog ophthalmologist? It's $250 to walk in the door, not to mention all the money that's already been spent on constant eye infections from KCS. Since we started using these drops we haven't had any issues with eye infections. These drops are absolutely worth it to me and my pup. I don't know what we're going to do if they ever stop making them.

Perfect.
This part works great. My dog just loves it because he keeps his eyes nice and moist.

Weird bottle
Works good until you get through about half the bottle then it becomes hard to drip out, I starting cutting the top off and using a dropper I bought, but it does keep my pugs eyes moistened

Work Well
This was recommended by the Veterinary Opthalmologist I took my kitten to. My kitten has a defect in both eyes that causes his lower lid to roll inwards, which irritates his eyes. He needs to finish growing before he's a candidate for surgery. These drops were one of two options the vet recommended. The drops are helping and my kitty is comfortable getting them. The bottle might be a little bit hard to squeeze, but I get them in just fine without a lot of effort. I will be using for the long term for sure!

Unparalleled Integrity & World-Class Customer Service!
Like many other reviewers, I spent countless hours wading through literally hundreds of reviews of various pet eye drop products in search of a safe and effective "everyday" OTC treatment that would provide some measure of comfort for my pet's "weeping" eye condition. So before purchasing, I reached out to the fine folks at I-Med Animal Health and provided some basic particulars about my pet's breed and eye-related symptoms to see what, if anything, they would recommend. Much to my amazement came a lightening-fast and exceedingly cordial response which offered both helpful insights and practical direction seemingly tailored to my pet's breed and symptoms!Ultimately, I ordered their Gel-based solution yet unfortunately encountered certain delivery/package integrity issues. So, once again, I contacted I-Med and, as before, they were lightening-quick in expressing their empathy for my experience and subsequently reassured me that they would work to resolve the situation quickly and satisfactorily. They ultimately kept me well-informed as to the resolution they decided to provide and in fact were EXCEEDINGLY more "gracious" than I could have expected or, for that matter, even considered necessary given their prompt and helpful nature. Now, I've purchased an extraordinary number of products on Amazon throughout many, many, many years. From a diverse number of categories. However, never...AND I MEAN NEVER...have I met a company which actually seems to relish the opportunity to resolve customers concerns (both pre-sale and post-sale), as I experienced with I-Med.If you're like me, you simply won't entrust your pet's eye care to just any one. With I-Med, I've found that the company not only genuinely cares about your pet's health and well-being, but is tirelessly committed to customer service...to a rare and exemplary extent which (at least in my experience) few have every approached, much less striven to attain. So, while there are some similarly well-reviewed pet eye care products listed on Amazon, for my money (and especially my pet's well-being) I'll stick with the company I'm 100% confident I can trust and rely upon not just to sell me a product but to be there if and when issues arise.Indeed, that level of integrity, accountability and commitment to customer service are truly rare!

applicator challenging and wastes the product.
the product itself is very good and helps my kitty's eyes. but the dispenser leaves more to be desired. the drops are difficult to extract from the bottle while trying to hold my cat's eyes open. you have to squeeze so hard and I waste many drops each time. I prefer the stronger strength of this product but I definitely prefer the other dispenser which is what I now buy. this one is too expensive to waste drops every single day.
