The POWER plugs (U.S.A two-prong but multi-voltage capable) fold up into the body to make a sleek and harmless travel companion in your luggage or phone parts kit. NOTE that the plugs are aligned 90 degrees off from Apple charger; so it takes up LESS ROOM on some power strips, but MORE ROOM on a typical two-port AC wall socket. It's so nice I went back and bought SEVERAL SPARES !! AUKEY rocks!Jan 01, 2020My SIX Aukey chargers still work great. HOWEVER I have noticed new behavior when using some but not all claimed-MFI Apple Lightning-compatible cables to charge an iPhone running iOS-14.2.x: specifically, you must be unlocked before plugging in the cable or the iPhone will refuse to accept the charge. And, if that occurs, the iPhone seems to send a signal to the charger that says “stop charging process now”. To RESET this condition, simply unplug the charger and immediately plug it back in, then both ports resume full power charging, and the charging indicator on iPhone shows normal charging. This reset event seems not to happen when using actual Apple branded crappy/fragile cables. Thanks, Mr Cook, for this new potential “Apple Tax”.... I’m going to test one of the newer late-2020 Aukey “upgraded” versions of this generally excellent charger to see if the added 2 watts of power did anything to fix the Apple rejection issue.Jan 04, 2021:Tested new “upgraded” 20w+12w model (32 watts) with official Apple and higher quality MFI USB-C cables and MFI (“Made-For-IPhone” certified) USB-A-to-Lightning 2-meter cables. With iPhone asleep, correct charging begins without fail, without “unlock phone to use accessory” message, or failure to charge, or lock-up of port(s). It’s possible that previous lock-ups were caused by fake MFI certified cables, low current or voltage, or some weird combination of connections. Noticed that early version Aukey 30w charger can lock up if a USB-C-to-A adapter is plugged in AND ACTIVE, while you plug another MFI cable into the spare A port. So don’t use cheap USB-C-to-A adapters !!

please don't use this one on your gf to charge up because this is a quick charger that's makes your gf fully charge to talk in a minute and then talk the whole day. careful

To put it simply it just died. Last night went to charge my phone, woke up to my phone being dead. I used this brick in every outlet in my house and with multiple cords. It simply just died on me and it’s maybe a month old. I like Aukey and this thing would charge my phone pretty fast but damn for a brand new charger to die in a month when I’ve had charger bricks for over 10 years and they still work but are just slow. It’s frustrating that I’m forced to have to buy another already. I will not be buying another aukey one though.

Bought this because the holes that the wall socket is in doesn't fit a power brick from Apple so I bought this. Really good for the portability. Compact and travel friendly. I will be looking for my future products to be from AUKEY.

When the two ports are charged at the same time, the power will be cut off due to the redistribution of power, and the charge will continue. However, in practice, the C-port Apple mobile phone cannot resume continuous charging after power failure. The charging can be resumed by unplugging the lighting cable port of the mobile phone, and the Apple mobile phone at the c terminal must be a later connected mobile phone. If you encounter a mobile phone with a full charge protection on the U terminal, the Apple C terminal cannot be used at the same time. So the product design is still flawed.

Its frustrating to find a USB-C charger that will charge my MacBook. Part of the reason is that some aren't powerful enough, and others come with cords that don't carry enough power to charge a laptop (but work for a phone). So I was happy to find this one that works great with my laptop. I pair it with Nimano USB-C cables with I've found to also work great.

I accidentally purchased usb-c cord in the hurry at the airport realizing I left my charger in the hotel anyway the lady said it would fit my phone and I’m late for boarding so I pay and run to my gate. Get on the plane and I have the wrong cord smh sooo I get home go to walmart, best buy and fry’s. They all have this charger- for $49.99 and up. Best buy I was fed up and saw this on Amazon as the worker tried to talk me into buying it. I showed him this one for under 14$ and walked out the store. Came next day. Super charger works so fast!! Durable, small, fits in a front pocket. Great buy!!!

I ordered this because I was so tired of having to take two wall plugs everywhere . My iPhone takes the standard USB and my iPad takes the C size . Also my blender uses a normal USB. This is so much easier! Great to be able to charge two things at once. Charges quickly and is well made. Perfect size and is way smaller than I thought, which is great as so many plugs are bulky now and you can’t fit two in the sockets. Prongs fold flat so less chance of damage while it is in my handbag. I’m going to order more so I have them in multiple places.

Nice and does the trick! The plug part (metal prongs) is right in the middle of the plug so takes a bit of trickery to fit it on a power bar but it’s great! Plug folds in also so super portable! Great to charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max (usb-C) and my wireless headphones at the same time and charges them quicker I believe than a standard 5w plug!

I keep on buying these because they are great and fast chargers. You can't have too many in the house as everything needs charging these days.

I was not sure of this but the performance has been beyond my expectations and really like the product. The speed is fast as promised and it also has a premium feel to it.
