Worked well for a big guy
I'm 6'3" and 250+ lbs. Several reviews suggest that the suspension is weak or the cords too short. I replaced them with 1/8 inch shock cord and eliminated any problems. This is an underquilt, not a hammock. It isn't intended to hold a person's weight. It's purpose is to fit beneath the hammock to hold in heat. The OneTigris underquilt is big enough to cover my under regions while lying in a 12 foot hammock on a diagonal lay. Temps got down to about 57 degrees one evening on a hang and I was comfortable with only a cotton bed sheet on top of me. I did this intentionally to see how well the UQ would work. After about 2 hrs we had to leave; something more substantial would have been required on top of me to stay comfortable all night but the UQ did it's job for the time we were there. One part of my foot was not protected by the UQ, most likely a sleeping bag or overquilt would have taken care of that in a real overnight situation. With that being said, this item could benefit from being a few inches wider on the sides, particularly at the ends. But we hammockers tend to make/modify gear anyhow so adding a side piece or even an extra layer of insulation inside the UQ to lower the temperature rating is doable and probably more effective than a 'one size fits all' solution from the manufacturer. Overall, this item is effective and a good value.

Great All-Purpose Underquilt
This was my first underquilt so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. My first outing with it was camping in Yosemite, in late April. There was a cold snap the week we went out, and temps remained between 20-30F. Luckily this underquilt (along with a decent sleeping bag) saved my ass. I slept like a baby, warmer than ever. This thing has proven to be light, easy to pack, easy to set up, and proven to be warm (may be difficult if you’re very tall). There are lighter, more portable, and warmer underquilts abailable, if needed for an extreme outing. If you’re planning on doing most regular temperature campouts, I firmly believe this is the best you can buy at this price point.

Good starter under quilt - inexpensive
This is a must have for hammock camping anywhere, seriously get yourself an under quilt. I’ve tried stuffing my hammock with blankets along with my sleeping bag and it hardly worked. With products like this under quilt the difference is night and day. When camping The most gentle breeze can suck body heat away and leave you shivering. I went with this product and had good results. It feels like a warm hug from behind and helps retain so much heat for those cool nights and windy days.Suggestions:The clips are a fine feature that can hook right onto the carabiner of your hammock. However the elastic cord that suspends the quilt is a bit springy and stretches out over time. I understand it’s meant to stretch to prevent the quilt from tearing, but I believe non elastic cord would work best so long as the quilt is not strung too tight and not bearing any of your weight. Other than that I have no complaints. I noticed that other users had the same idea with the elastic cord.• not heavy• good functionality• adequate quality for the price

Nice hammock shield.
Slept outside in 45°F weather for 2 nights. In a hammock with a sleeping bag. Definitely made it bearable. Could maybe do a little colder with a heated sleeping bag.

Worth the money
This thing is well built and I've used it many times on bike packing trips with no problems. It's a bit on the heavy side but it does pack down pretty small especially with the compression sack that is included. I've slept in 45 degree weather with it and it kept me nice and warm. The straps are very adjustable and you can add or take away carabineers for a perfect fit to your setup. I also modified mine and cut off the big, black and white logo on the side so it's less conspicuous in the woods. I got the coyote brown color which is a nice, neutral color and blends in well to the outdoors

After 1 year of use...
I bought this underquilt in February 2022, and after a year this thing has seen plenty of use and many miles. I typically camp twice a month or more, about 50% of the time I'm backpacking. I've slept down to 15°F with this underquilt (when it's that cold I also use my 55°F sleeping bag and a light comforter as a top quilt) and it has kept my backside warm every time, however I'm not a cold (or hot) sleeper. No concerning amount of wear. I recommend this 100% especially for the money, the only drawback I've found is that it's a little heavy, which only matters if you're backpacking. If you want light weight insulation spend the extra money for down. Great product, onetigris makes good stuff at a reasonable price. 5 stars.

Highly recommend.
My wife and I love these. We go hammock camping and when it's chilly at night our backs used to get cold but when we got these that stopped completely. Now we stay warm like a bug in a rug.
